I imagine Paul Ryan knows that his request to bar Hillary Clinton from receiving classified information will not be granted; he's toeing the party line and hoping he'll be able to use the email issue to start uniting the splintered GOP (against Clinton, not for Trump).
Based on his previous public statements, I think Ryan is probably much more concerned about Donald Trump getting access to classified information after the Republican convention than he is about Hillary Clinton getting classified information. F.U. -- the killing of officers in Dallas and the issues surrounding it deserve the media and public attention. Don't worry, Clinton and her email server baggage will get plenty of lip service and exposure from your Big D and the GOP for months, if not years, to come. The controversial deaths of two men and the executions of five police officers are much more than an inconvenient distraction from politics for some of us.

Ok, I just ran across this story and because I am heading to town I don't have time to research it, but I want to throw it out there so you experts can discredit it.
http://usanewsflash.com/just-hillary-cli...aw-coming/ Friday, July 8, 2016 JUST IN: Hillary Clinton Indicted By The FBI … Charges She Never Saw Coming! Hillary Clinton and husband Bill Clinton will be the targets of racketeering charges soon to be brought by the FBI, according to a report from Huffington Post. That article was initially provided at this link. It has since been removed from their site, but is available in its entirety on the Global Research site. The report indicates that FBI Director James Comey will soon present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of the Department of Justice that formal charges be brought against The Clinton Foundation. Charges that are included in the recommendation include one alleging the following. “The Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.”

I think Bernie Sanders played his cards well, though he sure got under the skin of a lot of Democratic politicians.
He is expected to endorse Hillary Clinton at a rally in New Hampshire on Tuesday. I think it'll happen this time. Clinton has adjusted her platform to be closer to Sanders' on the following issues: 1. Public option within the Affordable Health Care Act (allows citizens to choose governmental insurance which will compete with private insurance and aims to lower the premiums for all). 2. Budget increase for free clinics (such clinics are also largely supported by Republicans, unless the clinics offer private-pay abortion services). 3. Tuition-free in-state public college for those who meet the eligibility requirements in families making less than $125k a year. Clinton needs Sanders' millions of Independent supporters and Trump has unsuccessfully tried to woo them. In May, 20% of Sanders' supporter indicated they'd vote for Trump if Bernie didn't get the nomination. By end of June, that number had fallen to 8% as more Sanders' supporters rejected Trump and moved towards Clinton. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-...o-clinton/

Stupid. Regardless of all the email-gate, Hillary will be the Democratic nominee. That means that a huge number of the American people may give not much fuck to the email issue and they her as their nominee. It's not going to go over well if Trump is handed top secret information that he'll probably slip and tweet and Hillary is denied the same information. I agree with HotD, it won't happen. Trump should release his damn income taxes. One can only speculate what kind of shady crap he's hiding by not releasing those. Commando Cunt Queen

I haven't taken the time to verify it yet. I hope it's true.

As an aside, it's official, House Republicans have requested that the Justice Department investigate whether Hillary lied to Congress. In order to prove perjury prosecutors would need proof that Hillary deliberately lied under oath, not just made a mistake or forgot some details. Republicans sure can waste money.

I think Bernie Sanders is a good human being, a tough and savvy negotiator, and a great orator.
He just passionately outlined the Democratic platform and endorsed Hillary Clinton. I'll post the video of his speech when it's available. Bernie's support and that of his supporters are huge assets to Clinton's campaign, in my opinion.

He's a class act. I listened to his endorsement, he was generous to her. I think out of all the people who began the primaries together he is the one with the most integrity.

Except the BernieBros are mad as hell. I haven't seen such a chapped ass epidemic since the invention of asbestos toilet paper. Everybody threatening to go with Stein, or vote for Trump etc.

They're not the majority of Sanders' supporters and it's good that they have several other options now that Bernie's out of the race officially. It's hard for me to understand those calling Bernie Sanders a sell out. He's been belittled and booed in the Democratic party for weeks because he wouldn't bow down and endorse Clinton until he got his main campaign points (which are what attracted his 13 million voting supporters) incorporated into the Democratic plaform. And, he largely succeeded in doing just that. Still, some of his supporters are bitter that he didn't fight Clinton up until the convention and contest her nomination, even though he wouldn't have been able to influence the platform so strongly and had zero chance of winning if he'd chosen that doomed strategy.

I liked her ok before this election, but now she just annoys the shit out of me. Yes way more so than Trump. I said from the beginning I liked Bernie even with his crazy hand outs and I'm not bitter with him or anything, but when it comes down to it I'd take Trump over her.
