They aren't in denial. Most, if not all, are completely aware of Trump's character, they simply don't care as they view Hillary as the devil incarnate. Their hate and holding on to it is more important to them than their country. Their eyes are wide open, they've seen & they've heard and they know the standard Trump has set, it's all irrelevant to them.

Many people are desperate for change in politics, and the Donald surely would be a change alright!

Indeed. But even back then she looks more business serious than party girl.

I think she was attractive. Bill wasn't bad either, but he has always reminded me of my grandpa. Duchess would have liked him.

We were all cute when we were young, at least I know I was.

I think that woman decided she was going to be president when she was in utero, and has doggedly pursued it with every fiber of her being.
I respect the hell out of that.

She certainly can speak a few languages Southern and Yankee. That's impressive. Bi lingual.

I despise Donald Chump. Most importantly, I am personally ashamed to live among people that actually nominated such an absolute egotistic, dishonest piece of donkey shit. With that in mind, I don't like Hillary either. It is not Benghazi, the emails or any other stupid crap the conservative agenda crucifies her for. It's what she represents. Filthy politics just as bad as the opposite isle. Politicians bought and sold, favoritism, hypocrisy. Playing the race card to her favor and changing positions as they fit the ultimate goal. She is not there to change anything. She is looking for the ultimate aphrodisiac. When you achieved every financial goal you ever had in your life, then power is the next goal. She is very much part of the problem as well as any other politician today. She is not there to serve the people. On this year's campaigns, I only felt Bernie on the left and Kasich on the right were sincere in their message or even Rand Paul, but neither had a chance. Kasich and Paul are simply too middle of the road for the radical right and Bernie was cheated by the system by the super delegates system and by denying his voters with crazy rules on each state. Independent voters were turned away and serious voting irregularities were observed and reported in important states that would have been giving him a serious chance to the nomination. The system is rigged and the thumbprints are all over these primaries. A third and fourth option are absolutely necessary to open up this system, and I think many Bernie supporters will shift massively to the Green Party and allow the worst person in the history of this country to win the presidency. We should survive it as a nation, and with that not only deny Conservatives of control for decades after that but also create a feasible scenario for that third option to arise into the conversation.

So, Funky, tell us what you REALLY think. I am in your corner, though. I was pro Bernie during primaries. I am still a middle of the road Democrat....and, like you, may have backed Kasich had he a better than snowballs chance in hell.
I will not, never, ever mark Trumps name on a ballot even if he were running for dog catcher. So, I am left in a pickle here.

I didn't care much for Kasich, he had some questionable policies with regard to social services in Ohio. Not popular with his state residents. I think Hilary has been so maligned over the years that even her strengths: her ability to compromise and hammer out accords and make the deals that frankly are necessary when that many people are involved--have been turned into weaknesses. A president has to be able to look at the bigger picture and make decisions that benefit the nation. They aren't always the sexy or "my way or the highway" options. But there's a word for a leader who refuses to bend and reach compromise: "dictator".

Pfft. I don't talk about it because I don't have one single concern about it. It's only serious in your head.

Mainly because most of the so-called serious shit turns out to be politically motivated witch hunts.

I can agree with that post. Also let's not forget that, when it comes to the Libya situation, Hillary carries quite a bit of blame for it. Now I don't know if it was her decision or the administration as a whole, but they could have negotiated when shit hit the fan with Gaddafi's son. Instead, they decided not to get his calls and allow the fuckery now that area has become and the birth of ISIL. Just like in Iraq, our government took the head of the monster and left a void that created even more blood in the area.

Like it or not Trump got a bump from the RNC. maybe Hillary will get a bump too. I have noticed that the left is focusing on the leaks as a criminal act and not towards the content of them as they did get Wasserman fired. The same happened with the planned parenthood videos, the content was there for all to see but was downplayed as illegal. The truth is like kryptonite to the left and the next batch of e-mails may show what the Clinton foundation is all about. Granted Trump has said some crazy stuff but he owned it, unlike the current Democrat nominee.
