Holy crap. I agree this kid knew what he was doing. You can't blame a video game. Too bad this kid won't spend the rest of his life in jail. You know he will kill again.

Toddlers introduced to guns in game fashion, idiot adults/parents...never ends.
A Michigan City man is formally charged with accidentally shooting his fiance's little boy. Investigators say 3-year-old Lance Wilson died playing what they called the "gun game." On Monday, formal charges were officially filed against 24-year old Zak Grisham with Neglect of a Dependant and Reckless Homicide. Investigators say Lance Wilson was shot at close range Sunday afternoon in the Terrace Acres Mobile Home Park. Detectives laid out their case against Grisham in a courtroom Monday afternoon. They told the judge that Grisham and 3-year-old Lance Wilson would play a game, Lance with an imaginary gun, Zach with a real one. Sunday around 3:30 p.m., police were called to the home and found that Lance had been shot once. Police say Lance lived in the house with his mother and Grisham. And at the time of the shooting two other children, who are relatives, were also in the house. Detectives say Grisham and the 3-year-old boy started playing the Gun Game, where Lance would point his finger and go "Bang, Bang," and Grisham would respond by pointing his hand gun at the child and say "bang, bang" back. Police say Grisham admitted to playing the "Gun Game with Lance often, but this time forgot the gun was loaded. Grisham is expected to be arraigned later this week. His bond is set at $10,000 cash. The detective told WSBT although this was unintentional, Grisham has to be held accountable. http://www.wsbt.com/news/local/3yearold-...index.html

Starbucks has asked its customers to leave their guns at home, until now they have defaulted to state law. Some may comply but anyone wishing to harm others won't and I dare say if a shooting were to break out those very same customers who had a problem with seeing guns there would be pretty friggin' happy if another customer had a weapon in order to take out the shooter. I think that those who believe the lawless would comply are retarded.

We're a jaded lot. Shit like this and nobody bats an eye. Of course, it is Chicago and no one has died from this incident yet.
I know, I know, they're mostly killing each other with handguns. I can't believe the damage this guy DIDN'T do with a fucking assault rifle. Imagine if the idiot had been capable of aiming even a little bit... By Peter Nickeas and Jeremy Gorner Tribune reporters 3:55 p.m. CDT, September 20, 2013 A gunman with a military-grade assault rifle opened fire on a pickup basketball game in the Back of the Yards neighborhood late Thursday, injuring 13 people and dragging the city back into the international spotlight for its violent crime problem. At least 16 bullets were fired into Cornell Square Park around 10:15 p.m. on Thursday, wounding a 3-year-old boy and a dozen other people. All are expected to survive, many with wounds to their arms and legs. Shell casings found around the blood-soaked basketball courts were 7.62 mm rounds, which are traditionally used in AK-47 assault rifles and rarely found in gang attacks on Chicago’s South Side. Though gun violence has long plagued the city’s impoverished neighborhoods, offenders almost never use military-style weapons. “It's a miracle there has been no fatality,” Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said at a news conference this morning. “Illegal guns, illegal guns, illegal guns drive violence....A military-grade weapon on the streets of Chicago is simply unacceptable.” http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local...2520.story Commando Cunt Queen

My friend who is a gun enthusiast, sent me this. Commentary from Paul R. Beane on KFYO radio on 1/24/2013: Good afternoon, I'm Paul R. Beane and I'm your right wing gun nut. You know me and fellow gun owners are responsible for all the carnage in our streets and our schools. Never mind that Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than my entire collection of firearms. Most of which I have owned since childhood when I saved my pennies and nickels in order to purchase them and each and every one is in perfect working order. It is the responsible gun owners of today that are being blamed for all the shootings. Obama calls us the right wing gun nuts, clinging to our guns and to our religion. But lets take a little closer look. The Fort Hood shooter, a Muslim, and a registeredDemocrat. The Virginia Tech shooter, he wrote hate mail to George Bush and his staff and was a registeredDemocrat. Aurora Colorado shooter, he was a staff worker on the Obama campaign and took part in Occupy Wall Street . He was a progressive liberal and guess what? A registeredDemocrat. The Newtown , Conn shooter hated Christians and was a registered Democrat. The Columbine high school shooters were too young to vote, But both of their families were progressive liberals andregistered Democrats. And one more thing, Not a single one of these killers were members of the National Rifle Association. So I have got it figured out how to make this country much safer; Leave the guns alone and lock up all the Democrats. I'm Paul R. Beane and that's the way I see it

A loaded pistol was left unattended in a bathroom in the basement of the Missouri Capitol building Friday, and police said it had six hollow-point bullets in the magazine, and one round in the chamber.
The station says the gun was left on top of a toilet paper dispenser by David Evans, a staffer for Missouri House Speaker Tim Jones (R-Eureka). The House Minority Leader, Jacob Hummel (D-St. Louis), says the incident shows a disregard for the safety of those who visit the capitol, including school children. "Thank goodness no one was hurt," he told CBS St. Louis. "The public is not allowed to carry concealed weapons into Missouri government buildings. It's another case of legislators thinking they are above the law." Hummel said it might be time to revisit the state's concealed carry laws. The state legislature passed a law in 2011 allowing lawmakers and their staff to carry concealed guns in the capitol. But Minority Leader Hummel says anyone who has taken the required concealed carry course should know better. The staffer, Evans, does have a conceal carry permit and the gun was given back to him. http://stlouis.cbslocal.com/2013/09/23/l...-bathroom/ ------------------------------------------------------- Geez, Mr. Hummel, maybe it would be better to revisit Evans's permit to conceal carry, not the conceal carry privileges of everyone in the state. Another mass shooting at a school. Why are these happening so much more frequently?
The latest one: SPARKS, Nev. -- SPARKS, Nev. (AP) — A student at a Nevada middle school opened fire with a semi-automatic handgun on campus just before the starting bell Monday, wounding two 12-year-old boys and killing a math teacher who was trying to protect children from their classmate. The unidentified shooter killed himself with the gun after a rampage that occurred in front of 20 to 30 horrified students who had just returned to school from a weeklong fall break. Authorities did not provide a motive for the shooting, and it's unknown where the student got the gun. Teacher Michael Landsberry was being hailed for his actions outside Sparks Middle School during the shooting. Landsberry, 45, was a military veteran and leaves behind a wife and two stepdaughters. Sparks Mayor Geno Martini said Landsberry served two tours in Afghanistan with the Nevada National Guard. "In my estimation, he is a hero. ... We do know he was trying to intervene," Reno Deputy Police Chief Tom Robinson said. Both wounded students were listed in stable condition. One was shot in the shoulder, and the other was hit in the abdomen. Full story: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/21...39368.html

LE held a press conference today. They haven't identified the shooter in the Sparks school shooting, but did confirm that he was a 12 year old 7th grader.
Police say the shooter took his parents' 9mm Ruger semi-automatic to school, shot two students and then fatally shot the math teacher/soccer coach (who was trying to shield other students) before shooting himself. The parents are said to be cooperating, but could face charges. It took police less than 3 minutes to arrive at the school after the 911 call; it was all over by the time they arrived. A couple of students interviewed said that the shooter was saying things like "you ruined my life, now I'm gonna ruin yours" and that he might have been bullied. None of that is confirmed by LE as a motive at this time. http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-5760...ot-motive/ |
