You give up a bunch of rights to sue just by boarding the ship... those terms and conditions on the tickets almost make it allowable for them to pillage and rape customers these days.

Besides, anyone who gets on a cruise ship endorsed by Kathie Lee Gifford probably gets what they deserve.

No...but I tend to be more positive than the average person. Sure it was a sucky vacation but those people are being reimbursed fairly and they'll be talking about this trip for the rest of their lives. If people sue I'm probably going to think they are greedy fuckers, there may be extenuating circumstances in some cases but for the most part they just want what they can get, many people have that mentality now.

Agreed Duchess. They were reimbursed their ticket price, given a voucher for a free cruise, and I believe $500. Suing is tacky and greedy.

Yes, in many cases it is but it seems to be the American way anymore and there are many loopholes that allow that. We have no trespassing signs clearly visible all over this property, there are gates and other security as well but if someone (uninvited) comes onto this property and gets hurt by a horse Cowboy can be sued, he would probably win but in the mean time a tremendous amount of money has been spent fighting it, it's bullshit.
