The Israel airports use racial profiling not TSA type screenings in their airports as a security measure and they are the safest airports in the world. Americans will not do that because it is racial profiling and not politically correct. There is alot to be said for gut feelings.

Israel has some of the best security in the world. I've often said I would fly again if our airports were like theirs.

It's now being reported that the two suspects are brothers, 19 & 20 yrs. old and are legal residents of the US but may have ties to Turkey.

This is breaking news & I have a small concern about the validity of it so please keep that in mind.

AP: Two suspects in Boston bombing are reportedly Russian

WATERTOWN, Mass. (AP) - Two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing - identified to The Associated Press as coming from the Russian region near Chechnya - killed an MIT police officer, injured a transit officer in a firefight and threw explosive devices at police during their getaway attempt in a long night of violence that left one of them dead and another still at large Friday, authorities said.

A law enforcement intelligence bulletin obtained by the AP identified the surviving bomb suspect as Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Mass.

Two law enforcement officials told AP that Tsarnaev and the other suspect who was not immediately identified have been living legally in the U.S. for at least one year.

Russia's North Caucasus region has been plagued by an Islamic insurgency stemming from separatist wars in Chechnya.

I have a co-worker who is Iranian (lived here in the states since the Shah was overthrown).

He says they look Iranian. He also believes it could be retribution for Isreal/U.S. killing several Iranian nuclear physicists over the past few years.

He also believes these guys are no longer in the country.

I felt the same way about the uncle. He seemed truly disgusted and embarrassed. I am impressed by the love he has for our country.

I want to know more about the older brother. Friends are saying he "must have talked his younger brother in to it". I've heard nothing about any friends of the older brother (or twitter accounts etc.). It's been all about junior.
