just as an aside...is there anyone who remembers back at the beginning i said murder was not planned and they found the bags at the house? they did not bring the bags. they brought the tape for restraint purposes. then of course it all went bad.
and female DNA on the tape could be from whoever might have handled that roll of tape prior to murders. a little out there, but i would argue it if i were defense. god forbid.

I remember LC, because I agreed with you strongly on this and that is what prompted my first post on the board. I must confess I truly am surprised that TW has not been charged in connection with this because I really felt she was involved. I also agree about cross contamination on the tape, but I think the location of the DNA on the tape would be significant. If it is on the sticky side of the tape, it would imply that it came from people that were at the scene of the crime. If were on the outside/ non-sticky side, it could have been from anyone who handled the tape, including someone that loaned the roll of tape to them.

As far as this retardation thing goes, I personally believe that no one should be able to claim retardation as a legal defense, unless they were legally declared retarded BEFORE they committed a crime. I cannot believe a judge let him get away with that, but that is okay- we can hope that if he goes down that the boys in prison make him wish had gotten death instead! The Unknown Female #1 DNA on the tape matched DNA on Johnny's sweatpants, according to the BCII scientist who testified, so it eliminates a casual transfer. At least by a woman. The tape also had DNA from an Unknown Male. There was also hair on his sweatpants from Unknown Females #2 and #3.

AC said she never introduced them. There isn't a shred of evidence to support blaming Johnny Clarke. Early on it was said that Johnny bragged about a safe. That has not been substantiated. Maytee said that the murders would be tied to Lisa and her friends, given the murder happened as the Staubs. Regardless, no one knows the motive until the killers talk.

BOTH Lisa and Johnny knew TW, AC, AG and the gang. LISA allowed these hood-rats to party in her home, didn't she? Regardless, she's not to blame. Neither is Johnny Clarke.

I was thinking...what if the jury knew exactly what they were doing?
What if, by deciding to deadlock, and thus taking death completely off the radar,
they wanted to be sure that Sam would be in a general population setting with other lifers,
instead of being in solitary on death row....so he could suffer from fear, beatings, rapes,
for years for what he did. Its not going to sit well that he killed a woman, especially as
beautiful as Lisa was, AND made her suffer so horribly the way they made that poor girl
suffer. As weird as it sounds, there is an honor code amongst inmates...and crimes against
women and children are bottom of the barrel crimes, and almost always street justice
is dealt in some way. Perhaps the jury was aware of this...and put Sam in the position to

I always wonder if this is just wishful thinking. Either way, I'm sure prison isn't a pleasant experience, and loss of freedom is actually a pretty steep penalty on its own. Probably don't need the added cruelty for it to be punishment.

She certainly did, so did Killa Cam's mother and Maytee as well. Those women were supposed to set an example for their children, a good example and they failed miserably & lives were lost. I hope every one of them feels a sense of guilt because they all played a role in this story.

Guilt....first of all you have to have a conscious. With Maytee to expose Johnny to such crap like drugs and husltling. In the beginning most of the pills came directly from mommy dearest own personal prescription. Early in this investigation Maytee did an interview saying that "it was not in Johnny and Lisa's character to do prescription drugs". Lies! for wanting so badly to be the "cool" parents and allowing and supplying pot and pills to Johnny, Lisa and lots of other neighborhood kids.....hmm, let's say "SHAME ON YOU". This case is not over with by any means. IMO-I still believe that with good police work that this case can easily be solved and every single person responsible can be behind bars. Fellow Mockers I am requesting that you submit any crazy information in which you may have heard to Lady Cop to help prove who the real Maytee is because I know for a fact that Maytee is no stranger to torcher and that she has been involved in crimes in the past which are actually very simular in nature to the Clarke/Straub case.
Here is something for you to think about: first 9-11 call @ 1:21 am...mom is frantic and needs medical sent to her home (6 min online to dispatch, EMT's did come to house stayed for more than 10 mins which puts the time close to 1:40 am)

. Second 9-11 call @2:06 am...mom made a miraculous recovery and has now turned detective and is on her way over to the Straubs house. In the second call mom wants to file a missing person report on her son who isn't answering his phone and she tells dispather "I want t know if they have been abducted by whoever tried to assault and rob them". This time cops came out and stayed for 40 mins checking the situation.
The third 9-11 call 3:50 am after the discovery from the Clarkes who never drove back home but instead drove to a nearby gas station and decided to go back to the house...a lot of unexplained time unaccounted for here. I also find it strange that John Sr. took a hand gun along with him to the Straubs when Tiff picked him up and that he also had tossed a knife in a bush outside of the garage door which was discovered a few days later by cops and was admitted to by Clarke. I smell deception in the worst way....

Me, I've been pondering over what was in the drawers, Sam needed all that gone, they got me down on two murders he tells Cameo. This is 8 months after the crimes, so he was so confident that he was never going to be caught, imagine he has something connected to the crime that links him thrown in a drawer. We should ask Cameo what it was, he knows and if Cameo retrieved what ever the heck it was did he save it? destroy it? it could be evidence that could destroy the others involved.

Maytee should start what was in the drawer Cameo campaign.

While we are at it Sonny223 since you brought up this good point, what's your take on this weasel Steven Pettaway? Here we have this "Rick James" Sam instructs Starla to call him via a three-way conversation, Sam doesn't want this known and "Rick James" is actually Steven Pettaway, then this rant goes back and forth between them, some statements stick out like this one Sam Williams "when you was in the joint we took off man, you hear me?"
