I made italian wedding soup the other day. The meatballs are kind of a pain in the ass because you have to stand there and roll tiny little balls the size of a penny. Maybe a nickle, but nothing past that or it's too big.

Yep, luckily, my better half doesn't mind, she used at least 1-1/2 lbs of chopped meat, (for two of us) so that kinda of tells ya.
