Goat cheese is disgusting
Umm...wouldn't a Malay seafood curry be Malaysian?

Just thought I would mention that Swiss cheese rocks. I love it.

Really like goat cheese, but I've only had it warm in salad with walnuts.

Goat meat; haven't tried it - that I know of.

Pickled ginger; no can do.

Goats meat isn't bad at all. It's huge on the Islands, especially Jamaica. I was hesitant to try it, but when that's practically the only meat they have, other than jerk chicken...I finally got hungry.

Agreed.

I hate to be a stickler . . . fuck it . . . no, I don't.

What do you mean by "Swiss Cheese"?

I'm assuming Emmentaler . . . right?

Ever try Jarlsberg (it's Nordski "Swiss")?

Swiss cheese is the generic name and Emmentaler is another name for it. Love Jarlsberg too, I am a sucker for cheese, especially blue vein cheese.

I just call it the white cheese with holes in it.

. . . which also includes Gruyere, another (one of my favorite) "Swiss" cheeses with holes.

Actually, it's my "go to" cheese for fondue.

Emmentaler, like Gruyere, is a specific type of Swiss cheese.

Do you have Castello blue vein cheese there in the U.S.? If you leave it out at room temperature for a while it is very creamy and nice with crusty bread.

Actually no, well ... yes, but .... no. See that funky wife of mine? South African but Malay. Hundreds of thousands of years ago those evil British slave traders brought them over in the millions. Of course, millions died, leaving one Malay man and one Malay woman, leading to the story of Adam and Even and the Garden of Aden. Yes, it was called Aden, but just like everything else, those vile English fucked up the spelling too.

So there is now a huge community of Malay's and Indian's in SA, who took on their very own cooking style, such as Zulu Curries and Xsosa Vindaloo's.

Hey Tiki me everlasting love, we should do a Raclet evening! A big slab of Gruyere under the fire with boiled new potatoes. Absolutely

I'm carnivorous; would definitely give goat's meat a try.

I'll even go to Jamaica to do it (really wanna check out the islands).

The only meat that I've tried and straight-up disliked is rabbit. My friend (the one who cooked the meal) told me it might be a mental hang-up because rabbits are cute and furry.

I don't think so though. I love duck and they're cute too.

If you eat to much goat cheese it stops you up for 3 days, then you have to go in with a butter knife and start yourself up like a ketchup bottle.

I've never had that problem, but then again I don't eat goat cheese. Just watch your perineum, Maggot.
