Houston--boy missing since Christmas Eve
#21
Sickening. Is it one dead child? Two? There is no god. If there isn't a god for children, there is NO god.

VERY high murder rate in the area. many unsolved. today alone they found an infant in a dumpster, a woman, and a burned corpse that is probably Jonathan. Signs_173

I saw several photographs of this kid last night, I know this doesn't mean anything it's just an observation, this kid had dark circles under his eyes in every picture, I've never seen that on a child before, only stressed adults.

It makes me physically ill that people do this to kids. Maybe step dad saw his coming to live with them as what broke them up and decided to get rid of the "problem".

the dark circles under his eyes were normal for him his aunt who raised him said. she had him for 4 or 5 years i think, maybe more. the child had only lived with his mother for the past 6 weeks. and he's probably dead.

mother's brother said she is a liar and 'substance abuser'. well i sure as hell knew she was a liar from the first moments. and she does have that druggie look. just my opinion.
i have to be in and out today, but i will be watching for an announcement of arrest(s)! they may be waiting for ME report on ID of body.

photos here were posted elsewhere by his Aunt. i would thank her if i were in touch with her. she did not state that they were not for publication, so i hope it's OK i am showing them.

HOUSTON -- A source close to the investigation of the disappearance of a 12-year-boy said Wednesday that a woman has been arrested in connection with the case.

Jonathan Foster has been missing since Christmas Eve. Houston police said they believe he was kidnapped. He was last seen at his home next door to the Villanueva Apartments in the 800 block of Oak Street.

An Amber Alert was issued on Monday.

Detectives have spent Wednesday interviewing the woman, who is considered to be a suspect. Her name has not been released. It is not clear what crime she might be charged with.

The woman was arrested in the neighborhood where Jonathan was last seen.

raw video from KHOU showed very large heavy suspect being taken into custody or for questioning. it was difficult to determine whether male or female, but i do think female. she had dark skin, black or hispanic. suspect not in handcuffs. later today the name will be announced. nobody has been booked yet, at least it's not in booking record yet.

HOUSTON – A woman is expected to be charged Wednesday in connection with the disappearance of 12-year-old Justin Foster, police sources said.

The woman, who is not a relative of the boy, was taken into custody Wednesday morning.

Police sources said she was not being cooperative with the investigation, but detectives have collected a considerable amount of evidence linking her to the boy’s disappearance.

Investigators could be seen removing evidence from the suspect's home after she was taken into custody Wednesday.

"UPDATE: A close family friend has been arrested and is expected to be charged with the kidnapping and murder of 12-year-old Jonathan Foster, a police source close to the investigation said today.

"The woman, whose name has not been released, was arrested this morning at her home, the source said.

"A break in the case came when a vehicle that "was very identifiable as her vehicle" was spotted on surveillance video taken from an office building near the ditch where a body believed to be Jonathan’s was found in the 9900 block of East Hardy on Tuesday.

"The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences has yet to formally identify the badly burned body as Jonathan’s, but the police source said investigators "are pretty convinced it’s him."

WTF is that thing? What did she do to that little boy? Why can't we still burn fucked up people alive?

If the mom isn't involved it is the saddest story ever. Lady with a drug problem loses her son. She is in a terrible marriage. She cleans herself up and gets her boy back. She realizes her husband is a piece of shit and gets rid of him so he isn't around the boy. Then the ugliest muzzy/lezzy fat bitch kills and burns her little boy the day before Christmas. The presents are still under the tree and the boy was found in a ditch. That makes me want to do some drugs to escape this world.

That boy was so cute. I can't get around that.

i don't believe the mother and step-dad are off the hook yet. she lied about a lot of shit here. why? when your child is missing you tell THE GODDAMN FUCKING TRUTH ABOUT EVERYTHING!
and she did not report the boy missing for HOURS after getting a suspicious phone call at work?? most mothers would have been on phone to LE right away!

HOUSTON - A source in the Houston Police Department says a woman is expected to be charged with capital murder in connection to the disappearance of a 12-year-old boy.

The woman, now in custody, is an acquaintance of Jonathan Foster’s stepfather. A second person, a male, is being searched for in connection with the boy's disappearance

i'm hearing unconfirmed report that the car that was seen in surveillance video that led to this arrest, was registered to step-dad.
this story is so screwed up and convoluted and full of lies that it's really necessary for LE to come out and give some solid information. most of the media has all their "facts" fucked up and inaccurate. no 2 reports have been the same, it's very frustrating. the reporting has been abysmal from the get-go.

that poor kid had a good life with other family members who loved and cared for him. right up until he went to live with his fucked up mother. only 6 weeks ago. there had to be a good reason the family kept the kid over the years. poor kid would have had a Merry Christmas if he never went to his mother. instead he's murdered and incinerated for gods sake on Christmas Eve? it's heartbreaking and enraging.
i guess she has been married several times and has other kids. i don't know how many. but they aren't with her sorry ass.
even if she is not directly involved with his murder, she and her lifestyle are the proximate cause in my opinion. nasty cunt.

Generational poverty. It's common around here to see $50K pickup trucks parked outside of junky trailers. Or people on food stamps who spend tons of money on Xbox games and four wheelers when they can't even feed their own damn kids. Stupid people really don't understand money at all or any form of generation building.

I blame the grandmother, too. Who raised the nasty cunt? Grandma did, that's who. Who gave the boy back? Grandma. She isn't innocent in this fucked up family affair. If mom lied to protect her husband, she deserves the same fate. Who has Black Pat for a family friend?

Wow -- I didn't see this coming it seemed for sure it was the parents but I guess they aren't in the clear yet. Wonder if the call was akin to E Bakers fake ransom note? That poor little boy to die on Christmas Eve - God I hate people.

"Black Pat" is freakin hysterical .....

I hate people in general because only a few are worth any effort. Why do people take it out on children?
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.
