I was actually reading this blog to get information on a case that I found very sad and interesting but the first post I made was immediately struck down by the three main posters. That's fine with me because I still believe my opinion is more likely. However since you seem to have this all figured out you don't need me anyway. Pretty sure no one was shunning you. We're all just stating our opinions/thoughts on this case. A lot of us are from the area and are trying to wrap our minds around what happened.

the father thinks they came with tape and bags, he may be right, stupid people do stupid things, he had some bad connections in life and right now god only knows who did this, I think they went there to kill and johnny was not small, very strong and no way can one take him down without something or someone to help, I have seen him mad, I really think they wanted to make him suffer, so dont feel like you are wrong cause I knew the family and most of these mock members do not, so for us it is we can sort threw the comments and get a feel or the story.

Reading her webpage is heartbreaking. The sister sounds like a normal, healthy-minded, intelligent young woman, from which I would guess that her younger sister Lisa was too.

Why in the world would kids like this want to associate with trashy "gangsta" characters like these others?

I would like to give my opinion on the bags and tape theory if you don't mind. I do not believe they just happend to find the bags and duct tape in the Straubs home. If these people came into the home to a)teach them a lesson for not paying a debt (one possibility) b) find some drugs or money they think is stashed in the house or C) get confidential information that is in the house (other possibilities I have seen mentioned) they would not be lucky enough to just go right to the bags and duct tape. I mean seriously you would have to look through several drawers and cabinets in my house before you find duct tape if I even have any which I usually dont. I keep duct tape in my shed so these people would have been SOL at my house. They brought the bags and duct tape to the house with intentions on doing this as a premeditated murder. IMO (by the way my husband is a detective and we discussed this last night if that counts for anything)

I understand you were in LE but just because someone looks a way does not mean he was, maybe in the wrong things that caused him to go to jail but sorry for thinking this way in 2011 who has not broke a law in some sort maybe running a light. I guess when I think of GANSTA I think of on the so called "BLOCK" in a gang always in and out of jail just all out thug. Most of these kids (young adults?) use their smartphones to write and read on FB and upload photos to FB. They don't need to be near a computer.

Ok, I just have a couple questions/comments. I'm actualy at work so I can't type too much..hahaah

1. Alot of people have mentioned Lisa's Ex. Does anyone know who he is? This kid is getting the blame thrown on him and we don't hear anything else about him?
2. I noticed that JC's mom says a few things in this most recent interview that stand out to me..A. She says's that T hears a struggle while on the phone with JC, now I havn't heard that..I've heard what she thought he said but I haven't heard that she actually heard a "struggle". B. She says that the car is in the garage, then she says the cars are in the driveway and the garage and then she states again. The cars are ALL in the garage. Which is it? C. I also never heard that she thought T was inside the house. That's intriguing. D. Now maybe it's just because they weren't moving but the replay of the 911 tapes show she says "they are unconscious"..the operator repeats it...and again she says yes, they are unconscious.. is this after the dad found them or when he saw them through the window? How does she know they are unconscious and not dead? You can't see their face right? and then E. I noticed that she feels that this may be somone making a statement of some kind, I find it interesting that a poster to this site makes that exact claim.

3. If any of you noticed the way T and some of her friends speak/write on facebook, it's kinda, for lack of a better word, "gangsta", does this seem like the type of person to say the house was "ransacked"? This is meaningless really but found it odd.....wouldn't they say messed up, gone through, searched, ??? Ransacked just doesn't fit her personality. Unless someone told her to say that?

4. Anyone ever get more info on this order of protection, or stalking order that she has out there since June of 2010? The person is a vasquesz. Related?

Have you ever wore gloves of any kind cloth or rubber and used tape?It isn't easy and can be frustrating.If they brought the tape with them why didn't they take it with them? These are questions I wonder about.

Very true, im a nurse and on a daily basis deal with tape sticking to and ripping my gloves. I often rip the tape ahead of time if im planning on using it, or take my gloves off in the process.
Also, im curious as to people saying Tiffnay has 3 children and her 4^th on the...isnt she a minor? Red alert of a great lifestyle to me! And as for the way that JC's mom throws Lisa under the bus, I think she is just being a mother-but none the less, its not cool.

On her FB page she keeps repeating that she loves Aaron (her boyfriend) and three other names which I deduced to be her kids. She is also pregnant with number four. She's not a minor, that's obvious. Her page mentions she's in college. There's a scary thought. More proof of the dumbing down of America. I wonder if she writes her college papers in gansta text.
