So, I decided to check some more people and am unable to find several others pages as well. Such as, BC, MJ, and others! What's going on here?

I still can find BC.

Okay, I found them by going into another one of their friend's pages and then finding them by searching through those friends. I think they must have adjusted their account settings so that their page does NOT show up in a "search." Sorry!

i typed in bc name in the search and it came up for me. idk.

Thanks everybody! I am able to pull it up now, and couldn't earlier, so I'm not sure what happened. Oh well! But thanks! Smiley_emoticons_bussi

I still stand that I will kiss the asses of everyone who has said BC is involved in some way IF he really is. I personally think he knows just as much as the rest of us, maybe a little more as hes got many connections, but still no involvement.

Eye, I know you said before why you felt it wasn't BC but I can't remember. Can you remind me please? I don't know why I am stuck on him. I guess the posts just before the murder - the timing and wording along with the hiding out in KS just seem too coincidental since he's involved with some of that crowd.

It is public record

So what is the original indictment? Can you tell? I still think they might be holding MM and BC on other charges so they can put the pressure on them in this case. Of course it may just be that I am bull-headed and have tunnel vision but they still make sense to me.

Aggravatged Burglary

Just checked his history from TMC and all the charges have been dismissed!!

The ONLY thing he has been found GUILTY of (on TMC) is Driving without License (twice).

So, I still am not sure what they arrested him for since it appears the charges were dropped. I am wondering if the charges are for another court, or if they are pulling him in on something minute because they want to press him???

Concerned, did this info come from the TMC site or another court? Thanks!

Sorry, I meant to say "The ONLY thing he has been found GUILTY of (on TMC) is Driving without License (twice)." ---- SINCE 2009! And then prior to 2009, there were some things in 2006 and 2003.

Well for starters he left before any of this happened he was gone mid Jan I think it was, T.V.s, ect would not have been left behind as hes a thief not a killer though he would like for people to think he is, its just not him what so ever. The case he was running from was some bullshit over his baby momma.

A puzzle that has to be put together piece by piece. Its very tedious and can be frustrating. I have no doubt in my mind the Sheriffs department, Toledo Police, and the FBI will solve this case. I am positive they have been working non stop on it. One thing we have to remember..... They are the voices for Johnny and Lisa now. They will end up telling their story. We want the answers in a few weeks time...... they want to make a death penalty case. If I have to wait, then I have to wait. I want a solid case too.

I beg to differ, sorry. My step mother was involved in a robbery/ homicide (she was a perp not a victim) and when her and the guy she commited the crime with left state, they found the guy and still haven't found her and its been 6 years now. Some think shes dead, others don't know, and the man she committed this with isn't talking. Similar comments where made along the lines of well she was a drug addicted prostitute, ect. and it was basicly left at that. My point here I guess is niether of these two are the first nor the last of unsolved homicides or other crimes in Toledo, and I am sure they won't be the last. I personally am giving up hope and feel for these families, even with Maytees fits. By the way happened to be out at the cemetary today for unrelated visits and his headstone is there was just sunken in but they are lookin for the person that wrapped the beads around the neck but they are pretty sure that as we speculated on here that it was just her way of keeping it in the media. Sorry to lazy tonight to worry about puncuations and spelling guys.

Im sorry to hear that I hope you get your justice

Thank you though I don't see it coming anytime soon.

Nite all. May tomorrow bring something.

May the families feel love around them.

Eye, so your friends with MM?

Was the case he was "running from" one of the dismissed cases? Curious.

Just checked on BC and guess what?!?!?! His charges have been DISMISSED as well!!

Interesting that it was SO IMPORTANT to bring MM and BC in all the way from Kansas on a US Marshal raid only to have their charges DISMISSED!!!

Something is NOT adding up here!!

Or, maybe they TALKED and then charges were dismissed.....

I wish I knew more about Q S. TW mentioned him (kind of) and a few locals on here have speculated that the murders were related to JCs robbery buddies. St has a fb and is alive and well. QS is still serving time. I have found a related Sanders facing crack cocaine trafficking charges.....with an open warrant out for fta....and intimidating a witness... just don't know if it as uncle/cousin or father/brother.

edited out name. LC

Interesting that it was SO IMPORTANT

I dont' have enough information to say whether or not it applies is this case, but here'a a possible explanation.

In Ohio, felony cases are usually first brought in Municipal Court and the Magistrate or Judge is to determine whether or not there is probable cause to bind the defendants over to the Common Pleas Court. Frequently the Defendants waive preliminary hearing and their cases are routinely bound over.

However, defendants can force the Prosecutor to reveal some of its evidence against them by demanding a preliminary hearing wherein the Prosecutor tries to put on just enough evidence to show probable cause BUT the defense then gets to cross-examine the witnesses the Pros puts on the stand.

So in cases where the Pros doesn't want to show any of its hand in advance and let the defense cross-examine any witnesses at such an early stage, the Prosecutor goes across the street to the Grand Jury and gets a secret indictment against the defendants and then comes back to the Municipal Court and DISMISSES the cases it filed there, thus depriving the defendants of the opportunity to force the Pros to show its cards in a preliminary hearing in Mun Ct. In effect saying "Sorry fellas, see ya later."

That could be what happened here.

Looks like there might have been issues with getting the victims to cooperate. But BC is still locked up on something, I think.

What happens next (in the case of a secret indictment)? Also, can additional charges be added at a later date or does the whole ball of wax have to be presented to the Grand Jury at that time?

If that is what happened here, then what happens next is that the defendants would be served with copies of the indictment and would appear in open court in the Common Pleas Court (where felony charges are handled); defendants would obtain counsel or counsel would be appointed for them if they are found to be indigent and then they would be arraigned and enter a plea (of not guilty) and the cases would be continued for further proceedings wherein various motions can be filed, plea bargaining can take place behind the scenes, etc. but ultimately resulting in a trial date months down the road.

Yes, additional charges can be added to the Indictment.

If this was one perp who did this they might get away with it. Two perps lessens the chances of getting away with it... Statement being, that is one person that might talk. No two people have the exact same personality. They will being going over where they think one fucked up and butting heads. Will maybe start thinking "Im not gonna take the fall"... More than likely talk to their girl or better yet think about this..... Crime scene is very bloody. IMO The attack was fast and furious... I think robbery gone wrong. One perp controlled the weaker perp told him what to do, he or she went along with it but not really wanting to but was pressured into it saying something belittling or fearful. JUst a thought.

Another thought I have is this.... Now read this and think about the actual crime scene. I know for a fact that this crime scene was a " massacre". I will get this out of the way and let you all know I am "UNKNOWN" sister. Whoever did this had to have left the crime scene covered in blood. No way around it. Someome in her neighborhood had to have seen something. They might not consiously be aware of it but on that Sunday night/early monday morning (12ish) evening it was a beautiful night out people had been burdened by bad weather days before that. In that neighborhood to walk a dog at 11, 12 at night wouldnt have been unusual. Especially after being snowed in for a few days. I know if it is late in the evening my dog will hear people walking down the street and go nuts. I will get up and look. Dogs have a very keen sense of smell and hearing. You can rest assured even if the neighbors didnt hear it someones dog(s) did. Dogs pick up high pitch sounds, Commotion, Even if it is not in there yard. I can bet if LE went door to door to people who have dogs and askd about any behavior on that night from their own dogs... Whether a bark or a head lift... The majority of thier answer would be yes. Dogs are territorial. Think about it
