Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub- young Ohio couple murdered
(07-25-2012, 12:34 AM)Mustang Wrote: i think yingling also mentioned amy tenyck as the driver but i was pretty shook up by his orher testimony and wasnt listening as closely as i should have. gotta be honest though... as much as i want to believe yingling i cant help but wonder why, if lisa was dead, they would txke the time to bag and tape her head. i hope theres a reason that makes sense to the jury because this asshole needs to enjoy one last drug buzz. administered by the state of ohio.

Amy TenEyck was with Eric Taylor and then right after the murders something happened between them and she filed "domestic violence" charges against him, she is with a new guy now.

First of all, god bless this Yingling gentlemen for coming forth! Obviously not a perfect person, but he did the right thing coming forth.

I was told on here, that they didn't torture Lisa-this was awhile ago. I had heard a rumor back home in Toledo that these pricks tore off her fingernails. It came from someone involved in the Springfield/Holland community. But certainly putting a bag over someone's head is torture as well.

Has the state ever laid out a timeline on what time this occured and how long? I am wondering if they were still there when the cops came.

And why hasnt this prick Taylor been charged yet?

So Eric Taylor must Be pretty tight with either CP/SW or both? I mean if what the jailhouse snitch says is true, they must be pretty close to attempt this crime, and now definitely are passionately connected forever if true. Im starting to believe the convo between CP/SW, this jailhouse snitch just put some interesting puzzle piece's together.. Starting to make a lot more sense now.

SW said the truth will set him free. Maybe SW in fact is just an accomplice along for muscle, same with CP. That's why no DNA by the victim's just the cig butt. I think these 2 accused are scared to roll on ET and the female.

This testimony is where we're seeing the first connection to the defendant Samuel Williams besides the cigarette butt prosecutors mentioned in Opening Statements.

Cousino testified that she is friends with Williams and the other man charged in the Springfield Township murders, Cameo Pettaway.

I have a strong feeling this chick in involved in this. Is there a connection between her and Chris Wilson? LC, PLEASE tell me they must have her DNA!

people up wrap them with duct tape and leave them for dead.

I'm a ways back in this thread and OMFG!!! She said that in a text - the day after the murders??? Holy shit.

Good grief I just read that Lisa purchased "Gotti" a pit bull puppy from Alexandra Cousino! Now what do we think? So Lisa also knew Cousino.
Now it makes me wonder prior to the bad car deal did Lisa have Alexandra Cousino over to Longacre Lane?

From Toledo Blade
"Also testifying in both trials Tuesday was Alexandra Cousino, 22, who said she knew both victims as well as Williams and Mr. Pettaway. Ms. Cousino testified that Williams and Mr. Pettaway "were friends growing up. They hung out a lot." While she also knew Clarke and Ms. Straub, she said she never introduced them to Williams and Mr. Pettaway.

She testified that Ms. Straub bought a "pit bull" puppy from her for $100, but only paid $50. Ms. Cousino and Clarke also had a dispute in January, 2011, over a car she bought from him but ultimately returned to him. She said she was upset about the car and at one point told Clarke she would beat up his girlfriend.

Judge Bates asked her whether she told Williams or Mr. Pettaway about the dispute with Clarke over the car. She said she did not."

I thought Big John - Johnny Clarke's father did a great job in court and just this one sentence alone summed it up well!

From Toledo Blade
"His feet were taped. His ankles were taped. … He had a bag over his head," the elder Clarke told a jury of nine women and three men in Williams' trial. "The first thing I thought was that I have to rip this bag off and give him CPR. … I put my hands on his head to turn it and it was stiff as a board."

Taking time to steady himself, he testified about looking for, and eventually finding, his son during the early morning hours of Jan. 31, 2011. He said that after realizing his son was dead, he tore open the bag covering Ms. Straub's face where a "horrible odor of spoiled blood" emitted. "These kids were tortured to death," he said.

also, otd got it a bit wrong. yingling said sam told him they were putting the bag over lisa's head and cutting off her air til she passed out to get johnny to tell them where the safe was. sam told him he'd never forget the crinkling sound of the bag being sucked into her mouth. they made her pass out twice but the third time she never came back. sam and cameo went to the garage for a cig and to decide what to do about johnny. while they were in the garage eric taylor killed johnny.

I'm trying to piece together a timeline in my head. Trying to figure out if they were ambushed and had their arm/legs bound immediately, which I'd assume with 3 guys and a girl is possible especially if lisa was upstairs about to get changed and the couple was not confronted together. Or did the killers have some other way to subdue them or convince them to sit in the chairs and then bind them?......but then could 3 guys and 1 girl tape up 2 different people at the same time (2 on 1)?

and then this...(please note the following quote is a snip of post #5)

i still don't know how they could have been bound without the killers using enough force, whether kneeling or somehow pinning them down or hitting them or something, to leave significant marks, unless the killers confronted Johnny & Lisa separately and as a group...

sorry if that doesn't make sense, my brain is going real fast with all these different scenarios and questions but my tired eyes and hands can't keep up.

They say the male DNA is of an "unknown male"
The female DNA is by a woman who's never been identified.
Big difference between unknown and unidentified.
Ithink they know who the woman is, and she will be identified,
because she is known, it just hasnt been told yet.

Could be just a play on words/poor use of words.

Not that I think that's the most likely; I think you picked up on something here.

On a less exciting note, maybe we'll find out the female DNA was never considered to be that of a killer but rather an original owner of the duct tape.; someone who has be completely cleared of wrong doing.

These guys are borrowing cigs from each other, its plausible that they would be borrowing tape too.

I would love to find out if it reveals another perp.

Main reason why someone isn't identified in higher profile cases is because they have become a valuable informant. Why else would they wait? The announced Sam and Cameo relatively fast once evidence built up. Or maybe its simply they have DNA and nothing else (not even consistent hear say).

Who are the two most prominent women in this case...Destiny and Alex. Then again, could be someone we've never even heard of.

I just hope they're not rushing this trial.

Has Eric Taylor's name ever come up in this thread before? I don't remember if it did.

Whatever Williams said, he didn't tell the whole story because he failed to identify a woman. There's a lot more to this. The question is why these morons don't roll over on the others. Are they actually afraid of ALEXANDRA COUSINO? Is she from an organized family? She is, apparently, Italian.

She would be the one that probably put this whole thing together with everything we know now. The 1 person that connects the dots.

Is it just me, or does something seem odd here? If any of my points aren’t accurate, please correct me. If nothing else, I don't, at the moment, see any other person that the clues point to as to who either set this up, or was the unknown female at the scene:

1.    Alexandra bought a car from Johnny with a down payment of $750 but
wrecked the car shortly afterwards and didn’t want to pay the remaining
        $750
               a. Johnny’s parents had to pick the car up and put $900 worth of
                    repairs into it
               b. Alexandra started calling Johnny and Lisa threatening to blow their
house up and have Johnny and Lisa killed
                          i. Police were made aware of these threats
               c. Car was sold to another friend

2.    Alexandra Cousino is the only “friend link” between the defendants and
the victims (no one else in Johnny or Lisa’s circle seem to know who they
        are).

3.    Alexandra texts someone a day after the murder “Bitch don't fuck with
me. Watch the news. I can tie people up wrap them with duct tape and
leave them for dead.” These are three different verbs connected by the
same event (“watch the news”…referring to a particular news story). She
is either lying to gain fear, or telling the truth.
               a. It wasn’t until the opening statements that it was known that
Lisa’s legs “had been” TIED with an “article of clothing”
                         i. Alexandra uses three verbs separately: tie, wrap, and leave
                                   1. To “leave” a location means you were at a location
                                             a. Could have simply been lying
                                             b. Could have revealed the truth in a fit of rage
                                   2. How did she know about the “tying”?
                                             a. Perhaps she got wind of some insider
                                                 information
                                             b. Perhaps she knows from experiencing it
ii. We’ve known for a while there was the mysterious “black
and pink pants found under Lisa’s body”
                                   1. Perhaps this means she put up such a fight that she
freed her legs, and they had to bludgeon her on the
                                       head to control her
                                             a. Makes sense if Johnny was killed first, she saw
the bag coming as Johnny did. Johnny thrashed
around so much he bruised his knees, hips,
elbows, and chin (as did Lisa). So much
thrashing they had to hold Johnny down with all
their weight, and perhaps bludgeon Lisa on the
                                                 head.
                                                       i. Lisa’s wounds could have been from the
                                                          bedroom struggle too
4.    Alexandra is later caught with three large bags of marijuana
               a. Scale in Lisa’s home tested positive for marijuana
                         i. There was at least enough marijuana there to require
portioning it out through the help of a scale, and large
enough buds to require cutting with a knife.
5.    Alexandra posts on her facebook weeks after the murder that’s she’s
“laying low and getting her life in order”
               a. Could mean nothing
               b. Could mean everything
6.    Alexandra deletes her facebook page right after Sam Williams is arrested

I find it quite interesting TW states in the Pettaway trial she found out about Johnny and Lisa's deaths from Tony Watson but stated in the Williams' trial she learned the news from Maytee.

I certainly hope LE and the prosecutors have taken note of this discrepancy.

Agreed. If you're telling the truth about so monumental as this, how do you give two different accounts on the same day? I also can't forget that Tiffany claimed, form her second visit to Straubs' house that night that the house "looked ransacked". Well, the cops were there, too, and they never saw anything like that. I assume they looked in the same windows that Tiffany would have. I also find it strange that she called Johnny's phone THIRTY TIMES and Lisa's TWENTY TIMES. Doesn't that seem like a ridiculous number of calls? It's almost as though she was trying to establish that she was AWAY from the scene of the crime. Was she - really?

Yes. Most of us entertained that thought, from the get go, because of Maytee's over the top reactions that night.

I think you would call that many times if you were concerned and noodling through what Johnny was saying to those people when hanging up, and thinking how he still hadn't called back. And of course if you were really looking forward to going over there for drugs you might try obsessively to call. It's really just the push of a button -- not that hard to dial.

I was actually relieved to see that she'd called so many times; that's what I would have expected from someone concerned enough to drive over later, whereas a single phone call would have looked more suspicious and alibi-setting to me.

Trying to figure out how they conducted this torture. So is the thinking is that they HELD the bag over her head to make her pass out a couple of times, each time taking it off to revive her, until she died during the third session? Or do we think they TAPED it on her head from the beginning -- but if so, how did they revive her without removing it? And how would they know she had died if they had not attempted to revive her the last time, which in theory would once again have them removing the bag?

At some point, if the story is to be believed, the bag is making a disturbing crinkling noise as she inhales, so she's definitely alive with a bag on her head.

I think the cops must have ruled out AC, I do. Obviously they've been aware of that text message for quite some time & would have investigated her.

They better have some evidence that's more than what we've heard so far or this trial will have been for nothing. I don't feel like the prosecutor has proven their involvement. It's not a stretch for me to feel reasonable doubt. I wish I didn't but I do.
