Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub- young Ohio couple murdered
re: the 'FBI cameras' at cemetery ^

here is an email to me from a local:

Hello there, I just called the cemetery and talked to Jim the GM of the cemetery and he said there are NO cameras in the cemetery and that he has security every night at the cemetery guarding the 36,000 graves and that he is not aware of anything going on as Maytee has stated. I told him your website address to look up all the documented crazy things maytee says and he thanked me and told me not to hesitate to call if i see or hear anything like this

LC, do you think they really are cruisin' around with loaded weapons looking for thugs?

i doubt it, it's likely all designed to scare the local hoodrats. BUT i believe there is enough probable cause in her facebook posts to obtain a warrant for weapons and to take the minor boys out of that house. i am going to post this in case thread too.

Does anyone know if Williams was being looked at before the DNA from the cigarette came in as a match?

And what is known about Eric Taylor?

I've been reading back.

So this is what big brother Pettaway has to say about his little brother:

SP: man, I am but that nigga - I don't even know what to say about that nigga man. he's like a bad bag of dope. yeah, I love, like I said that's my brother, but he's just fucked up man.

From the court documents telephone conversation between Stephen Pettaway and Samuel Williams, Stephen explaining to Williams how Cameo is.

Let me translate that conversation for you guys. His brother was saying he loves his brother but he can't handle being in jail. Cameo was going nuts being locked up on something he didn't do and everytime he would speak to his brother Cameo was complaining aboutbeing in jail. Cameo has never spent more then a couple weeks in there. Cameo could not handle it mentally. That conversation had absolutely nothing to do with these murders

I know she has, I have read every threat she has made. Cameos first court appearance she turned at looked at me n whispered "bitch you got yours coming" so I told her OK bitch well see, he's innocent n will be set free. She hurried up and called one of the court deputies to come to her n tried telling on me like she was 5. Guess all that back fired in her face. I always wanted to ask her if she wants justice for her son why would you keep doing dumb shit and get yourself barred from the court house. IMO I think she was trying to cause a mistrial to cover something up
She knows something what mother is freaking out when he 21 yr old doesn't answer the phone. The says on her 911 call she knows something bad happened they were robbed kidnapped etc. Rumor has it she is n FBI snitch so whose to say she didn't snitch on the wrong person.

They could have done a lot of things...I just think that if the whole case is that this cigarette was smoked by them in the house the night of the murders, they probably should be able to show that it was, where was the cig put out? Just a lot of questions.
Noone noticed the smell of smoke in the house, either.

Also, other than Newport...does anyone know the specific type of cigarette it was? It was quick, but I noticed in Cameo's arrest interrogation when asked about what type of cigarettes he and SW smoked, CP said Newports, then he said but different types of Newports. One smoked shorts, one smoked longs. So wondering which was there - short or long.

What does snitch on the wrong person imply? That someone went after Johnny because Maytee was a snitch? Because that makes no sense to me. A bit of a stretch, imho. Seems reasonable that Johnny was targeted because it was thought that he had a quantity of $$$ and heroin? There was a rumor that Big John was busted with a boatload of heroin. Know anything about that?

Cameo's arrest interrogation? During the trial, I guess? Don't think the butt differs from regulars to 100s, though.

So in the beginning when Sam was arrested... Did he not tell the police that he had never been to the Straub's house before? But because Sam wanted an attorney, they couldn't use that statement in court? Which points to a lie since they found the cigarette at the Straub's?
Also, I keep hearing Sam's girlfriend was Destiny? Since he and Starla married while he was locked up, was she just another prostitute?
I was told Destiny spoke in jail about always driving around. in Starla's car....and hanging out with Sam....

I don't know where your from but around here that isn't a stretch to go after someone or family member when u rat someone out. I was told by one of Johnny's friends that's most likely what happened, I heard that Johnny owed over 5k to some ppl they were threatening him he asked his mom for help and she told him no she couldn't help him out of this. Now as I said these are things I've heard from ppl he knew apparently the kid that told me this was a suspect in maytees eyes at the beginning. I don't know the Clarke's nor do I want to know them I'm sure if that'd what you heard you can Google his name and find out. When it comes to info about them I only know what I hear
Theone word that always pops up when hearing about them is drugs... so I wouldn't doubt if he did get busted.

(And for the record, it's not the cigarette butt DNA or Eric Yingling the snitch that make me believe this; it's Williams' own voice in the jailhouse phone call to Steven Pettaway when he thought it wouldn't be traced to him, where he clearly implicated himself AND Pettaway.)

Mustang - Was there more to the phone call(s) than what we read in the transcripts? While I do believe the calls were very incriminating, it did not appear to be a silver bullet. These men knew not to say too much and used there hoodspeak to try and get the messages across. I thought you mentioned at one point that Williams said something to the effect of it "being hot in there while we tied them up." Was there more said than we know? Can you enlighten us?

Don't get me wrong - they are both guilty BARD in my opinion.

He is very confused on why Sam W's found guilty when they had the same evidence against them. But we all are confused, as I stated before he's okay they will find the real killers eventually until then there isn't anything he can do.

Shell - for being so close to the situation, you seem to have some facts twisted. They did not, in fact, have the same evidence against them. Eric Yingling did not testify in Cam's trial, nor was the jury privy to the recorded jailhouse phone calls between Sam and Steven Pettaway. In fact, for all Sam's worrying about Cam as a liability, he (Sam) was the one who ended up being the retard in this case. As another mocker stated - Loose Lips Sink Ships!

So a question for you - In Sam's phone call to Cameo (remember, Cam was the FIRST person Cam called - not his mom, not his gf/wife - Cam) he told Cameo to get in his drawers and get everything out of there - he "needed it all gone." What was he referring to?

FBI my ass.

i just emailed that to one of the detectives. these people should not have firearms, they are convicted felons.
the threats and mention of weapons all the time are OUT OF FUCKING CONTROL and sheer madness!

Too right. I'm glad you have done that Lady Cop. I can't believe the crap she is writing on there, the threats, etc. Surely she must have crossed a line and a law or two now?

Ahh, you already answered this!

I really worry for those younger boys. You just know that they are going to end up carrying on the families current lifestyle. I feel for them, they have to listen to that anger and hate in person. If she's writing it on FB, I would imagine that is how she talks the majority of the time.

i said this in another thread, may as well say it here.

i think williams has a good shot on appeal. no judge likes to be overturned, and appeals are based on judicial errors, not trial evidence. i can't cite possible errors, but i am sure an appellate lawyer is working on it.

it may take a long time, but i believe he will ask for a new trial or win an appeal.

Sam was arrested the same day that they took the cheek swab. So where did they get the DNA to make a match?

Yes, because pimps and drug dealers are the pillars of honesty within the community.

Seriously shell, you believe Cameo yet you've made several claims based upon no facts at all, and the facts that are indeed facts you take great lengths to attempt to explain away.
