Maytee's postponed hearing is now scheduled for March 11^th.

What's interesting to me is that Big John's future pre-trial hearings have been deferred until September, on his request.

I still think Maytee's hearing is on the 9^th. And as long as Big John is out on bail the defense will put it off as long as possible.

You're right Adub. I just checked the latest court record and it shows that Maytee's arraignment is set for March 9^th -- next Monday. I don't know if there's a separate pre-trial hearing set for March 11^th, or if the arraignment was moved up a couple of days (Ramirez will also be in court next on March 9^th at 9:00 am).

I agree that Big John and the defense will push out the case as far as possible so long as he's out on bail. I'm just a little surprised that the prosecution and the judge agreed to 10 months lapse from the shooting til the pre-trial hearings on a felonious assault with a firearm charge. Maybe I shouldn't be.

...and in the meantime Tiffany lives in the same town where three people thought it was okay to put bullets in her. It's my opinion that when you take shots at someone, you're trying to put bullets in them. What's to say more attempts won't be made? It's not like John or Maytee have learned anything from their past encounters with the law.

I think Maytee got an order of protection against Zach, his mom and Tiffany.

Isn't that rich. She spends years threatening these people with death, terrorizes them and then tries to put bullets into Tiffany and Maytee gets an order of protection. Hahaha!

Please do come and honor these two wonderful Angels - they were taken way too soon. We will meet Friday jan 31 at Johnny's resting place at 6:00 pm for candle vigil and strong prayers for Justice for our kids. Johnny and Lisa were engaged to be marry when killed three years ago. This would be so appreciate and helpful to Johnny mom - Maytee La Cubana Vazquez. Come and post candles, stories, pictures, graphics, poems etc to remember and honor them. Sending a big hug and love to my dear friend/adopt sister Maytee.

Do you remember when the nutcase alluded to Lisa being pregnant ? I think that everyone who was even remotely connected (all of the initials) passed the test. And didn't they have DNA from two unknowns ?

I remember that, OTD. She's a liar and going by her arrest records she's a thief too. These things are fact. She lied about them being engaged, she lied about Lisa being pregnant, she lied about it being Lisa who drew the murderers to her home, Maytee threw Lisa under the bus on national television. Unfortunately it was Lisa's association with that thug that got her killed. Maytee is poor, brown trash without a respectable bone in her body.
