That was my very first thought after reading his first post.

Legal advice or legal representation ......

If the Deputies came to your house and told you that you were being evicted WITHOUT an Eviction Notice (and I'm betting that they are signed by a Judge), then Dick is right. You made a strategic mistake letting them chase you off.

If all is as you say and there IS no legal justification for this "eviction", I suggest that you contact the FBI.

I am not here seeking legal advice Smiley_emoticons_wink

I am here looking for thoughts and suggestions on how to make my case more public in efforts to secure legal representation. I have been though all the bro-bono exercises and legal outreach programs to no avail. I have a spreadsheet with law firms willing to work on this with 25k+ retainers required putting those firms out of our reach.

Perhaps their are better forums out there that I am unaware of that a member here might suggest.

Hmmm, maybe both, I don't know really. It's so odd to bring an issue like that to Mock. I thought a few things, why, for one, which led me to think troll and because I still have faith in human nature & believe that sometimes truth is stranger than fiction I felt compassion and wanted to help find some info, maybe suggest some resources.

Truth is, he needs a lawyer and should be only communicating with his states tenants rights folks at this time. Due process may be slow, but if everything he's saying is true, he'll get it all back, and then some, plus damages for the length of time this has all occurred.

btw these are CIVIL lawsuits imo we're talking about, which could cause a sympathetic jury to make the state pay out as lot of money. The 911 calls are public record, they cannot be altered or destroyed, they are your best evidence forward. This was an illegal eviction, the paperwork MUST support that somewhere if true.

I'd talk to your states AG.

Yep. I am expecting them to ask for donations to their legal fund next.

If what they say is true, its remarkable they've waited two years to do anything since they have a pretty big civil case against they're local law enforcement, and if the newspapers are involved it easy to unravel that "conspiracy"... and yet it's is the first thing they postulate about on coming to mock.

If it's a troll it's a shitty one. If it isn't this is the wrong board to be posting this shit at. Why would Mock be of concern to someone evicted from their home two years ago from Michigan? Is this the downtroddens last refuge for justice?

I am not here pulling anyone's leg. Nothing here is anything other than what is stated. I am in a fight that seems to have the capacity to consume the rest of my life and I am scared. Never in my life (45yrs) have I ever thought that this could happen to anyone, let alone me...

This is America and these things are not supposed to happen. I am not here looking for sympathy but rather comments and suggestions that could help me help my family. I have been dangerously close to a breakdown on and off now for the better part of a year and a half. I just want my life back. My 9 yr old told me last week that he wants his dad back as all I have been able to do is read and absorb law books and appellate court decisions.

Why aren't you suing these fuckers asses off first in small claims and then in a bigger civil suit? Just doesnt make sense? Fat nigger bitches who park illegally and assault police offers after cursing at them and tearing up their tickets sue when they get disciplined, you could certainly sue for this action.

You said earlier you signed up to run for sheriff. If you can't get some attention from that podium, something is very wrong.

You sound well versed; represent yourself in some action.

You're a nut fuck, the person let themselves be evicted without due process and you think they sound well versed?

I am suing them. Law is not my profession and I need help. Our complaint is 95 pages 366 paragraphs and I did that myself. I have made a good start but i'm not a lawyer and cannot anticipate correctly. THis is why I am desperate to get this into the media so someone does investigate our allegations. Asking law enforcement to investigate law enforcement is like asking a snake to eat itself and then expecting it to happen.

I have home owners insurance and part of the policy is free legal help. Certainly you had a policy and it may include some provision to represent you?

^ I smell a troll, suddenly Bass Ass Grin False arrest is actionable. Everything you've mentioned is actionable and civil lawsuits are the way to get the system churning for you. These are illegal actions, they can be easily documented and resolved.

Again I say this, if this is for real there's got to be a shark lawyer in your area who will take the case for you. Real lawyers know where the money is in a resolution, and they always pay themselves first. They're all greedy fucks and hate the cops anyway.

You're here on MOCK. Our jobs are to respond to your posts, nowhere in our contracts does it say we need to read them first.

You stated "threat of arrest" and then gave yourself away as phony.

Here is what you should do to get media attention.

slit your own throat on the courthouse steps pin a note on your dirty tee shirt that reads

"Here lies a moron, I was stupid in life and a retard in death, I want my house back".

.
