ok peeps...
I am looking for good ways to promote the dissemination of the information contained in this thread. I KNOW that I need a lawyer, I KNOW that I have a very strong case. I KNOW that with the right help (legal help) that my family can be made whole again. I KNOW that what my County did to my family will most likely be the most embarrassing thing to ever happen in my county for hopefully hundreds of years to come and I need to find a law firm that is out to make a name for itself by making an example out of my county through a very public lawsuit and to do that I need to get out of the shadows and get exposure to this situation and I am back to the title of this thread... How do you get media coverage?

I'd be more inclined to go for arrests first and civil actions later, leaving publicity to the end, but have you contacted the major television networks' news programs yet?
Have you considered contacting the Michigan State Police?

Contact Edward Fagan he loves just such cases. You will find him globe trotting and suing swiss banks for 1.25 billion dollars and South Africa on behalf of victims of apartheid. I hired him in 1992 for a Federal case in Manhattan right before he took on the Holocaust Case he is most famous for.

I think if someone ever screwed me on a house or apartment deal I would put fish in the walls, set loose a shitoad of termites and carpenter ants, dump mice in the attic, maybe a few snakes here and there......Change the numbers on the mailbox stuff like that.

Dick's suggestion might be a little much but he's right that often outrageous behavior draws media attention. Go get a bullhorn and print up some fliers with a very brief overview of your situation (avoiding slander, of course) and make a lot of noise in some appropriate public venue.
Have you brought this up at city council meetings and such? Contacted your representatives and other local leaders?

Highest DoD clearance granted at what, 23 years of age, and they do this to him? With that kind of clearance, he'd be bound to have SOME friends in high places. Not buying it. At all.
