How do you get Media Coverage?
#61
Your right... It all seems suspicious.
Your right this does sound hokey.

"Seeming Suspicious" and "Sounding Hokey" are bigger threats than than the actual allegations.
This is what is known as "Unconscionable".

"Unconscionable" adjective- atrocious, blackguard, completely unreasonable, conniving, conscienceless, corrupt, criminal, designing, dishonest, dishonorable, excessive, exorbitant, extreme, grievous, grossly unjust, immoderate, impermissible, indefensible, inequitable, inexcusable, inexpiable, inordinate, intemperate, intriguing, knavish, monstrous, outrageous, preposterous, rascally, reprehensible, tricky, unbalanced, undue, unequal, unethical, unfair, unforgivable, unjust, unjustifiable, unprincipled, unreasonable, unscrupulous, wrong

Unconscionable things are things that are so far removed from from that considered rational that they are considered to be beyond the rational minds ability to comprehend.
It is easier for everyone to question the allegations themselves than the fact the Unconscionable event actually took place in the terms specified.

It is comprehensible to hear a story whereas the story teller tells of his house burning to the ground and not having insurance whereas it is
incomprehensible to believe that law enforcement employees can use the power of its organizational attributes to pull off what to the victim has the same effect as the fire.

I would imagine had this not happened to me, that I would also believe there to be a part of the story intentionally concealed to garner sympathy. Even though this did happen to my family it is hard to believe and trust me when I say that the comments here actually reflect the majority.

If I were a praying man, I would pray that no family ever have to deal with that which is Unconscionable. It is almost as if I have asked the readers of this thread to believe me when I say that the moon in the sky is actually flat.

Most end up being like Mr. Insightless... just easier right?

Devin, you never answered how you ended up on Mock and why would you think Mock is the place to come for help?

The Sheriff's version is complete silence.

This is why I have gathered the petitions required to run against him in the November election.
I think he will drop out rather than getting into debates with me.

Not exactly sure what search brought me here. I was actually reading about the federal court judge buying her own homes on short sale and found a link here.

I believe this post ^^^^ is the most accurate, succint reply that any of us could have come up with, and she smelled a rat immediately.

Thanks to those that offered something other than scorn.
To the rest, I hope you never find yourself in a similar situation.

I am looking for good ways to promote the dissemination of the information contained in this thread. I KNOW that I need a lawyer, I KNOW that I have a very strong case. I KNOW that with the right help (legal help) that my family can be made whole again. I KNOW that what my County did to my family will most likely be the most embarrassing thing to ever happen in my county for hopefully hundreds of years to come and I need to find a law firm that is out to make a name for itself by making an example out of my county through a very public lawsuit and to do that I need to get out of the shadows and get exposure to this situation and I am back to the title of this thread... How do you get media coverage?

Wow, that is one long ass sentence.

My favorites are 'brainless' or 'douchebag'.

Just personal preferences.

I didn't see the advice posted anywhere else, but have you tried simply calling the media?

If you can provide them with even the smallest sliver of evidence to go on - or a convincing story with no evidence - they can be the most tenacious mf'ers on the planet. And if all you say is true, this is a story they would love and would aggressively pursue. Keep calling until a reporter agrees to see you or speak to you.

Or is this just successful troll is successful?

Devin, if you're going to run for Sheriff, you need a thicker skin! Mock is tame compared to what you would face.

now don't run off, you may learn to like it here. it's good training.

and a Sheriff candidate should be reading my crime forum and taking my advice. Police
you don't live in that shithole Detroit do you?

i am sorry we don't have scratch & sniff here, but this is what i think of your excellent albeit fictional story. hah

it was better than the average troll juvenile BS.

see, i like you already. hone your style here at Mock. you do need some remedial spelling. 11

It amazes me that with spelling check almost automatic these days, people still find ways (Ramsey, I'm looking at you) to misspell words. And misspell them BADLY.

This guy would certainly give anyone a run for their money though...
