I look for work, just not at the 8-10+ hours a day she wants me to. And thats usually because I'm running errands for her, doing her laundry and cooking the family meals and other minor chores, and doing volunteer work with the Knights of Columbus and Franciscans all while trying to find time to sleep and find time to relax.

Do you have a labor hall? Get there by 4am everyday and you'll eventually get a ticket out. I know it sucks to get up that early every morning, but it's gotta be better than hanging out in squalor all day and listening to your mama bitch.

Clang may be super creepy or stinky or have bad breath. It is hard to tell electronically.

Is there something wrong with people who can't find a job? There are a bunch now, at least 10% of our supposed-to-be-working population (hard to tell what the real number is, the government lies and 15% are "disabled" and they don't count people who have given up looking). Most of us have friends who can hook us up if we need work. Do they not have friends or other contacts?

I have never been in that situation. I have always had a job and never had a problem getting a different one. Makes me wonder why other people have such problems.

Tried temp agencies. Most in my area don't open until 8 AM. They also don't work. They either can't find a job to match up to me, or simply tell me they can't help me but feel free to use our computers.

There is lots of work out there Clang. You need to get up and get a job, that's it. If you have some other issues stopping you from seeking gainful employment then you need to address them directly and work. That's what we do in our society we have to contribute. It is essential.

What a horrible existence not getting out and about. It's ok to sloth around and have days off. We all have them, but it shouldn't be a lifestyle choice. It's not reality and it's not an option for you. There is work out there, you just have to go and get it. You will be glad you did.
