Are those the automatic cuts that are scheduled to take place because the stupid super committee couldn't come to an agreement? I blame both sides for that fiasco.

Well maybe both sides, but I read ( I think it was Bob Woodward) that stated "Obama is playing chicken". I played chicken when I was a kid. Tryng to make the other flinch or something. Can't really remember what chicken was all about. I think I remember playing chicken with the street sweeper @ four o'clock in the morning. With my brothers on the ready with lemons and oranges when he slowed down. I want to play chicken again. I think I remember that it was fun.

I think Obama is going to be very serious during this debate, which will make Romney's sure-to-be snarky comments, sarcasm and inappropriate "jokes" make him look even more like the petulant, condescending, elitist asshole he is.

If you counted all the free cellphones given by Barry on the taxpayers dime he would win by a landslide..............If they all voted, but they will need a ride...........and lunch......................and a baby sitter.

^ You don't get to choose your "free" cell phone model under the Lifeline program. You either purchase your own phone from wherever or you take whatever phone the cell company gives you - and they ain't handing out iPhones!
Actually, from the quick check I just did, I only found 1 cell phone company that provides free phones and those phones don't look like anything anyone would buy today. Again, I just quickly checked a couple of states, so maybe I'm wrong and free cell phones are being handed out like candy across the rest of the country, but I doubt it.

I object. The lady I work for is disabled from birth and depends on SSI..not a lot of money. She is willing but physically unable to work. SHE is one of the " lazy fucks" getting a free cell phone. And she had to jump through a million hoops to get it.

Unable and Lazy are to different things. I would never say take from someone whom is unable to work.

In Florida that guy can receive 250 minutes free plus 250 text messages free each and every month, paid for by the system. The phone he uses will be supplied for free but won't be the level of a blackberry. He will have to fork out his own money for the upgrade but he still will get the services for free.
