Why?

i haven't yet heard the "official" reason, but probably because he's on vacation. hah

Yeah.

'Vacation' means meeting with an agent so he can get his piece of the pie, too.

I'm thinking Perry will let her walk after paying fines and court fees.
i'm betting on Perry allowing the motion to quash.
It's actually pretty simple, if it wasn't in the order it's not part of the order.

But there may also be other things in play, just a gut feeling on my part but they want her back in the county, maybe she will be arrested when she walks into the court room?

Perry luvs him sum white wimenz.

She be skatin'.
live DOC presser on now. DOC spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger says if she does not show by 1000 tomorrow, they will report her to court. but that is academic if Perry quashes order. they rely on the original order. it WAS part of the order, the clerk erred.

i'll report on any more crap that is forthcoming today.
i have no faith in the local system down there anymore.

Anthony, she said, has to report to the Orlando intake office and will have to report a specific address of where she will be residing. That address will become public.

No wonder Maytee is keeping her kids at home!

ORLANDO --

Casey Anthony will not have to report to an Orange County probation office by 10 a.m Thursday, according to sources close to the case.

Those sources indicate Judge Perry has issued a stay, essentially delaying the order by Judge Stan Strickland that Casey report to serve her probation.

News 13 has also learned Judge Belvin Perry will hold a hearing on Friday to hear the defense's emergency motion to vacate Judge Strickland's probation order.

So which is true? They love to waste Florida Taxpayers' money.
Meanwhile there are pediphiles running rampant on the streets and
under the bridges who can do much more harm to families/children
than CA. Enough already. Drop the bitch from the news.

Meanwhile, is Strickland's job an elected one? If so, it would
explain his behavior. Creep should have written what he meant
in the original filing.
there needs to be some communication between court and DOC.
the stay will stand, they just don't have it in hand yet.

At least one news organization has reported that Judge Belvin Perry has issued a stay on Strickland's amended order, meaning Casey Anthony would not have to show up for probation.

However, DOC spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger said she has no word of a stay. Corrections officials still expect Casey Anthony to report between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Thursday.

Plessinger confirmed Casey was visited once during the year she spent on probation in the Orange County Jail.

Anthony, 25, was convicted last year of check-fraud charges, and placed on probation in the case while she was in the Orange County Jail awaiting her first-degree murder trial.

But after Anthony was released from jail last month after being acquitted, Strickland stated that he intended her to serve her probation on the check-fraud case after her release from jail.

That sentence was not spelled out clearly in some court documents, but it was stated by Strickland during Anthony's sentencing in Jan. 25, 2010, according to video and printed transcripts of that proceeding.

How much did they pay that girl!? It does resemble Casey a little, but seems so staged to me. Twatmom knows she cannot go out alone like that....she would be covered with spit, shit and eggs!
That woman isn't CA. Unless CA has gained 15 lbs. around her mid section since she left jail.

i honestly don't give a rat's ass whether it's her. i loathe and despise her. and i hate giving her any attention, but i want to keep up on her case only because i am waiting for karma to kick all their dirty asses. i know i may wait forever. she may be "free" but she'll never be free from being anathema, a pariah. and true success will never smile on those who enabled her and now will use her to make money on a dead baby's bones.

as a point of interest, here is front page of today's Boston Herald re: Celina Cass. casey is the new hallmark and definition and standard for no justice in America.

very confusing hearing in front of Judge Perry this morning re: probation status/question. Perry has not ruled as of this post. not clear when he will.
baez made me want to puke. the skanky baby killer is so special and could be in danger if she were forced to report to probation monthly. who gives a fuck? 84

he let his mousy little fresh-out-of-school intern Fryer speak, and she nearly put the entire Eastern seaboard to sleep.
Yea, who gives a FUCK! I'm so sick of this cunt! I'll be glad when we don't have to hear her filthy name again!

There should be no question...I don't recall any other prisoner in the world being able to serve out their probation while still in jail!!!
legal paperwork needs to be accurate, if it's not then the generators of that paperwork have screwed themselves.

If the papers she was served did not contain the language which made her probation an after jail event then she will more than likely skate on it.

The court can't change the order thus the judge that screwed the pooch recused himself and dropped it into perrys lap.

He is looking or anything that will allow him to cause her to serve her probation in orange, my bet is he doesn't find it.

and even if he does she will ask to have it moved to some other location due to safety concerns and the court won't take the chance of being liable for her safety.
P In the defense of the JUDGE, he is NOT the one who screwed up. The Court Clerk who drafted it screwed up, the transcripts and the video back up that she was suppose to start after she is released from jail. That is what the JUDGE ordered; a clerical mistake CAN be overturned, since the JUDGE stated during sentencing that she started upon release. There is no disputing the fact she was sentenced to that, AND what should really be looked into is that her defense attorney KNEW what the JUDGE ordered. HE didn’t speak up; he is at fault just as much as anyone. He probably thought he got a free pass, like the not guilty verdict.
