Yes, just the one time at the immigration office when my husband got his citizenship. Now they just send them automatically.

If he died last month would you get 2?

Probably and I'd just fill it out for him. I already fill it out and sign it for him anyway. I even sign his checks for him. If he croaked I could keep him alive for quite a while.

it's got nothing to do with expressing themselves, and everything to do with how uncomfortable they can make you feel. People with lots of facial tats, or facial piercings are not trying to Express themselves, they get off on making the people around them uncomfortable with their looks.
