Almost stumped me, HoTD.
I love that oldie, Clang.

This is cheezy (but I still like really like the lyrics and voice).

So beautiful in Spanish.
Jesus, his voice always blows me away. Lovely song.

Another great one; 'bout losing time:

All the way back to 1958. It's Twilight Time...

I already did that one. Strike one!

2 more chances to redeem yourself.Blowing-kisses
You won fair and square, Clang. I totally time warped!

Here's one last "time" song. If you've got the money, I've got the time...

Don't know how this thread got so long without any Velvet Underground. One Lou Reed way upthread, but no Velvet Underground. Shameful.

Take 2, having a little trouble with video posts:

P.s. @FU, Humble Pie - definitely top 50 for me.
Uriah Heep - Wizard

One of my favorite songs of all time.

Mason Proffit - Two Hangmen

I wasn't familiar with Mason Proffit. I really liked "Two Hangmen" so I dug a bit and gave some of their other stuff a listen, FU.

Very good lyrics and acoustic guitar, imo.

I liked this one a lot too:

Giving thanks...

I dont know if any of the radio stations still play this old song, but I remember when it was tradition to hear them play this song every Thanksgiving. With a play time of 23 minutes its a long one.

Released in 1967 here is "Alice's Restaurant Massacree" , hope you enjoy.

Glad you enjoyed it HOTD. While they did a fair ammount of music, not a lot of people remember them.
I just listened to Alices resturant 10 min ago, its tradition around here.
