ILLEGALS & RIGHTS ~ OXYMORON?
#1

Re: LC's crime forum and the shootings in AZ today.

As I read the story there was a comment made about a judge & a lawsuit filed by illegals. How the hell is an illegal afforded the right to bring a lawsuit against an American? How can that be sanctioned by any court? Shouldn't illegals be hiding from the law or whatever the hell it is they do in order to fly under the radar because they are ILLEGAL?

Sadly luke and his bunch have been in control of the courts way longer than they have been in control of washington. the courts in this country are some of the most domestically terroristic institutions you have ever seen.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

I'm a little surprised that other than Dick no one had an opinion about this topic. You all are normally very vocal in your thoughts & don't hesitate to share them.

Talking about the illegals is like beating a dead horse to me anymore. Politicians want them here for their vote, they have all the rights in the world to anything they need, nothing is going to change, only get worse. They are lawless, and the law looks the other way. The older I get, the more I steer clear of conversations that make my blood-pressure rise. It makes life much more pleasant and carefree.

anybody can sue any other entity/person anytime they feel like it, just pay the filing fee. whether there is a legit cause of action and the suit will go forward is another story. many don't go anywhere.
this country needs tort reform in a bad way.

Yeah . . . I've heard all the bullshit about illegals not being a burden on our health care system, are peaceful and are only here for a better life.

Sure . . . tougher gun control will stop the violence.

Question to the "progressive" minded individuals:

"So how did this motherfucker get the weapons and ammo and who the fuck is paying the damn hospital bill?"

Two shots hit this douche. Head and hip.

Nicely done.

Now send his sorry illegal corpse back home, COD. Adios, pendejo!

Georgia is try to change how illegal immigration affects the state:

'Complaining that the federal government has fallen down on the job, Georgia lawmakers are putting a big bull’s-eye on illegal immigration this year.

The state’s legislative session won't begin until Monday. But lawmakers got started weeks ago, “prefiling” bills that would block illegal immigrants from attending state colleges and punish government contractors who hire them. Yet more legislation is on the way. Much more.

A pair of Republican lawmakers is preparing to file omnibus legislation in each chamber some time in the coming days. On Tuesday, Rep. Matt Ramsey -- a co-chairman of a special study committee on immigration -- outlined for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution what the legislation will likely include:

Ways to encourage more communities to apply to join a federal immigration enforcement program called 287(g). Through the program, local police officers and sheriff's deputies are given the power to question people about whether they are in the country legally and issue arrest warrants, prepare charging documents, and detain and transport people for immigration violations;

Measures to toughen an existing Georgia law requiring state and local government contractors to ensure their employees are eligible to legally work in the United States. The legislation could also include incentives for other private employees to participate in E-Verify, a federal work authorization program;

Provisions to ensure the identification people use to get public benefits in Georgia are “secure and verifiable.” '

It takes 450 days on average to deport an alien from the state. There is currently a huge backlog of immigration cases. It is costing Georgia citizens over $100,000 a day just to house the illegal immigrants awaiting trial/deportation. Illegal aliens, mostly from Mexico, are fucking our economy. We can't keep our schools open here but we can feed beaners. They do good farm work, but I think prisoners should do the farm work and Mexicans should make strong spirits from agave and cactus in their own country to send here.

After we rounded up all the yellow-skinned devils during WWII and started sending our boys off to war, there was no one to work the fields.

Enter the Bracero Program. It was strictly enforced and applicants had to prove their knowledge of farming BEFORE allowed entry.

At the end of WWII, the program was no longer regulated with the same passion and zeal. Eventually, its demise and subsequent abuses against the workers became the cause of Chavez.

I'm tired of the fuckers who cross illegally, claim rights and are unwilling to follow rules.

I'm tired of the bleeding hearts who are unwilling to follow rules.

And I'm damn tired of politicians who swore an oath to the people and are unwilling to follow rules.

Fuck the Dream Act! Get in line - BEHIND the others.

Cracker - I hope Georgia has the stones to weather the storm like AZ.

I'm sure Elvira is rooting for you, too.

68% of Georgians want Arizona-type legislation here. I don't think you'll see such a backlash. People are pissed there are so many illegal aliens attending college for free while they have to pay for their own kids.

Georgia is also helping to change the 14th ammendment that gives citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants. Most people don't realize what a drain illegals are on taxpayer money. Georgia and Arizona are smarter than Cali because they are going to change this shit before there is too large of an illegal/Hispanic voting presence.

I don't dislike legal immigrants. Honestly, I feel like Hispanics work much harder than most of the folks we shipped in two hundred years ago. hahahaha The illegals account for at least a third of all prisoners in my area. I'm tired of feeding people who lay around all day. We still have a chance to send the Mexicans back. Let's at least learn that from history.

LA county alone--->
Welfare benefits for the children of illegal immigrants cost America's largest county more than $600 million last year, according to a local official keeping tabs on the cost.

I don't understand one single aspect of that myself. How can an illegal be entitled to any fucking thing? They are here against the law, they are illegals, they have no rights.

During the protests of SB 1070, the protestors held signs comparing various state government officials to Nazis. Feel the love?

They also had shirts and signs claiming human rights. Amnesty International chimed in, too.

If I'm not mistaken, the signs and shirts read: "We are Human Beans, too."

BTW illegals from south of the border - it's not pronounced "Chee-cago".

Ask Elvira.

This has been a sore spot with me for many years and I have been known to be very verbal about it but I too have gotten to the point where it seems to fall on deaf ears. Many in this country look the other way and dont seem to give a shit.It is such as problem that you can not even believe.
The government will never do anything unless it is forced to because of many reasons and one being how much money this brings into the country.
Consider this..Illegals get jobs in many ways and just a few are by way of bogus SSN's.Employers know it,government knows it and ICE knows it.
If you have a bogus SSN,will you ever get a refund at the end of the year?Especially if you keep changing that SSN every so often during the year.NOOOOO.Who gets to keep the fucking money to play with?Hmmmm?
Anchor babies are the most unbelievable bullshit that this country allows to happen. If the pregant women can drop the kid on american soil..he is legal and what the hell do you do then....sned the mom back without the kid.Oh no,...this country wont do anything that heartless.O.K....how 'bout CHANGING THE FUCKING LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nope...nobody wants to talk or do that either.
The freedom act allows illegals kids to go to college.
The hospitals HAVE to take Illegals into the emergency rooms at hospitals EVEN knowing they are Illegal.Who the hell pays for that bill?
No shit...again and again...the taxpayers!!
O'bama says hell no to Gov Brewer who wants to check the status and ask for DL's of all the possible hispanic questionables because it is..."profiling"Do you have to show your fucking DL when you get pulled over! How about when you even go buy a godamn fishing license. But ask a illegal to show ID and they raise hell saying they dont have to.
A School in California does nothing as a group of hispanics lower the American flag and raise the Mexican flag instead.
I am so fed up with the illegal immigration issue in this country and everybody who bitches behind the scenes and in Chat Rooms but dont choose to bring it up to the employers they see hiring,or landlords who rent,or dont even considering sending a note of support to those politicians who are trying to change it,or a letter bitching to those politicians who support and allow the laws to stay on the books that enable the misuse and manulipation of our corrupt system.
If we raise enough hell, write enough letters, confront enough Politicans...then it may appear to them that maybe there is more support against Illegal Immigration that those who seem to support the liberal choices and want to do nothing.
You are right about votes too.Hispanics make up a substanial amount of voters in some districts. Why is that?Well,...if you got a good thing and you know the system and how to get around it,...and the local government looks the other way because numbers gets more federal money,grants,votes,....well hell,...call your brother, mother, sister,Homey and get all to come on over.
The facts about how large this problem is, is all over the internet.Go take a look around and start asking questions.
Our President regardless if it is the the fucking asshole we have in office now,or prior or later,..the Politicans and the employers are the ones making a big part of this problem unfixable.Start fining the godamn employers, fix the SSN problem by getting the system fixed so when a bogus SSN comes up on the computer,it is eliminated out of the system so it cant be used again by another wetback in a few months and start knocking the Politicans out of office who aint working towards fixing the problem and make it clear why and someone may start to take notice.
Start showing VISABLE support for the likes Sheriff Joe and Gov Brewer
and others like them.
Maybe open up Ellis Island again too.

Illegal immigration has always been a problem. But has not been such a big deal until the economy went south. A crappy problem that has finally been thrown into the spotlight. Now as the resistance towards immigration reform becomes an everyday issue I am sure many prefer it just "go away" but it will not and is here to stay. The government on the side always makes deals with other countries to take their overflow of people through government sanctioned "programs". A big chess match with lives that really could not matter any less to the chessmasters that get oil, wood or any other commodity that is traded for the welfare of another countries downtrodden. Mexico is not the biggest exporter. They are just a smoke screen for the other ones.

All the problems we face in the United States today can be traced to an unenlightened immigration policy on the part of the American Indian.

Cracker has a damn good point about the Inmates doing something for their free meals.
I had heard Georgia was getting ready to pass some laws but unless we get the Feds to do their jobs or at the very least allow the States to protect their own borders until we get rid of 'Obama and his house of idiots(liberals),..the Feds will find a way to legally challenge, control and ride roughshod over those new laws.
Once one State makes it happen, the floodgates will open and this country will see how intense and huge the underlying anger is out here,as many more States follow the lead and the issue will explode and become quite apparent as thousands join the change.
I believe one reason it has been so under the surface is that no one(average Joe citizen) knows how to get involved or to affect change.
Once someone starts a movement,it will take the hell off and many will finally come out of the shadows to join in to raise the alarm and make changes start.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but how do Illegals vote if they are here illegally? How can they affect the voting if they can't vote?
