I don't want to read their shit, Dick. Think about that for a minute. If the intro sucks, do you really want a volley of stupid threads?
You have to inspire people to post. I usually inspire through anger. Others inspire through humor. I don't what you can do, but you'll find your style eventually.

I have been posting in the JC and LS thread.
I'm not sure what you're referring to. I've simply replied to the messages sent here.

Don't defend yourself. Don't show weakness.
Why do you give a shit about a Toledo case? You are from Ohio, aren't you? Don't lie.

Nope. I'm from DC. I'm a law student. Case was mentioned in class. I took an interest and have been following it since.

If you are a grad student, how the EFF do you read that housewife stuff? Don't people go to college so they can have a busy career and don't have to listen to their wives? That's what I always thought.
If you don't mind, in what context was the case mentioned? Because it is sad when a drug dealer gets whacked, but it is a fact of life. If drug dealing was a lovely business, I would quit my day job. But, since I don't want to be whacked by someone wanting my stash, I continue with the daily grind of legally earning my pay. What interest does this case have to a class learning the law?
Do you want to be prosecutor or a defender or a real estate attorney or a patent attorney or family law? Or whoever will hire you when the student loans come due?

Not sure what "housewife" stuff you're referring to..... Please specify.
The case was mentioned in supporting reference to the media's influence of investigative/trial cases and probably has no interest in regards to learning the law; nothing taught in law school really does. Comforting, huh?
I'm not sure where my legal career will take me -- if anywhere.
I've not taken any student loans so they are a non-issue.

You really think all the posters in that thread are detectives? You don't think maybe they are housewives and you are spending your evenings with overweight, middle-aged women who are consumed with the deaths of two kids (the same age as their own kids)? You think netsleuth and Dick Tracy are Sherlock and Holmes? They are bored women who live on Facebook and are too fat to shave behind their knees. Please ask them how they wipe. I have always wondered how rotund people clean themselves *down there*. Thanks.

Maybe. Maybe not. Not really concerned with who they are as much as I'm interested in how the case will pan out.
That being said, you aren't one of those housewives are you?
