Did I say any fucking thing about a toilet seat? that was your local liberal fucktard buddy that said that, I said blood aussie read the fucking words.

If that person has a chance of bleeding anywhere including in the bathroom it's a health risk.

Yes but it's not the blood, once the blood is airborne the virus dies. OK we will slowly back away from the toilet seat. It would have to be a cut and your cut would have to touch thelr cut then on a microscopic level it could be passed. But wth blood that has been exposed to the elements NO WAY!

I won't hang out with someone with hepatitis and I won't hang with anyone who is at a high risk for HIV. like I said I treat it like it's an airborne disease, keep the fuck out of my personal space.

How would you know if they had Hep A, B or C?

Since you mentioned risk . . .

High risk for HIV? Are you talking about needle sharing and bareback ass fucking or other activities and conditions?

Tiki that is exactly my point, the employer has an obligation to the other employee's to provide a safe work environment, gays in the work place are high risk in my book, as well as IV drug users, they test for drug use, they also need to test for HIV.

I don't associate with gays and drug users outside of the job, I should not be forced into associating with them at work, the laws are being designed to force acceptance of a life style I find repugnant by making it a work place requirement.

I am a disciple of pure capitalism. As a broad generalization, I believe an employer should enjoy unabashed freedom with wages, work conditions and the hiring and firing of employees. Let the market and those seeking employment decide if the offerings of an employer should be supported.

If you truly believe that an employer “has an obligation to the other employees to provide a safe work environment” how do you reconcile mental health issues?

A co-worker might suffer from schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder and yet, if medicated, is a functioning and productive employee. But how do you know if they’ll continue with their medication regime? The next thing you know . . . *boom* . . . Jared Loughner.

And then there’s the communicable disease issue. Should employers be required to DAILY health-screen employees to prevent the spread of contagions?

If an employee comes to work sick, is this grounds for termination for violating a "safe" work environment edict?

You can fire anyone you want to fire. Just make an excuse. Thats all, then keep your mouth shut. If a person comes in saying "hey I'm gay hire me" I would not hire them that would be like someone saying "Hey I have a penis ring hire me" it has no relevance on work performance.

Meh...humans are the masters of lying about their ulterior motives... we do it all the time. Lawyers are experts at it... they have pre concieved opinions that people pay them tens of thousands of dollars to convince others they don't have....

Somebody needs to watch Philadelphia again.

Gays aren't the only people with HIV/AIDS. Many women have HIV/AIDS and pass it on to children. The black community is especially hard-hit, even worse than the gay community.

AIDS is a horrible death. Infected people don't need the hate. They need extra love and support.

You were the one who introduced HIV. You were the one who introduced Hepatitis. You were the one who introduced "safe work environment".

HIV and Hepatitis is NOT a choice, unless one actively seeks infection.

A safe work environment IS a choice . . . like being a fag . . . according to you. It's not congenital.

You bring shit up and then run away when pressed. Therefore, it's not a debate as you claim. It's you spouting your belief system and criticizing anyone who is not in lockstep with your ideas.

Exactly, that's what coversations/debates do, they continue with other aspects of the same topic.

I'm sorry that this topic went over your head so quickly, perhaps you should stick with what you're good at because you suck at this.
