I think she looks fine. And no, a size ⁸⁄₁₀ is not plus sized. I think you have to be like a 16 or 18 to be plus sized. Not that I would know from personal experience cuz I am a 6.

Yes. Today's 8-10 is yesterday's 14-16. Generally speaking, clothing manufacturers are adjusting sizes because of the general weight gain in America.
