Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub- young Ohio couple murdered
As far as the cost of life vs DP. I've always heard the Death Penalty is more expensive because of all the legal dealings dragging out.

She certainly did, so did Killa Cam's mother and Maytee as well. Those women were supposed to set an example for their children, a good example and they failed miserably & lives were lost. I hope every one of them feels a sense of guilt because they all played a role in this story.

You are so right Duchess!

Well sucks ass that he will not get death. However, let him look over his shoulders for the next 70yrs. I hope he gets attacked and attacked and attacked while in the pokey!!!!

Victims impact statements will be August 10th if I read right. I find it interesting only Lisa's sister will be speaking on her family's behalf. But if that is what the family wants, so be it!!!!!!!!!!!

Did these people testify? How did Verbosky know this immediately? I consider is speculation, unless I see documentation to the contrary. Again, the mythical safe is not a known motive, regardless.

What is on the official record, however is ... 1. Johnny said "who the f are you" to his killers and 2. AC never introduced her "friends" Sam/Cam to either victim. According to testimony, both Johnny and Lisa were unknown to their killers. Both Johnny and Lisa were known to AC, TW and other friends of the killers.

I don't know what else to say to you. The detectives mentioned it, almost every hood rat interviewed mentioned it, and it was brought up at court. Obviously one of the "initials" told Sam & Cam

Bwahahaha! I've owned being a hypocrite many times in here. So fuckin' what. I stand by what I posted.

...maybe I was wrong in saying the old battle ax should STFU, the more demented posts she makes the more fodder I have to have to mock her with.

Well, you can stand by your dither if you like. But the record indicates your full of shit. Unless you have information that you haven't shared with investigators regarding motive?

Just to Mustang again. He'll probably post later. He has a theory about why this deadlock could have happened. I'll let him explain, if he wants. If I've got this straight, the Judge will have to decide. What he stressed was that input from others REALLY DOES help. Cards were passed out and now a campaign has begun to get these out to a lot of supporters. I would have to imagine that a letter to the judge would work.

Why didn't they do the victims impact statements before they sent the jury back to deliberate?

I wondered about that too! Doesn't it seem like that's when they would have the most impact. Hello.

That's what I was thinking. They let his family make a bunch of bullshit excuses for the loser, but didn't let the victims families explain how Sam's actions impacted their lives....WTF who's running this circus?

Because ultimately, the judge decides his fate. His restrictions are what
the jury restricts him with when they reach a verdict regarding sentencing.
Usually, the judge will go along with the jury's reccomendations for
punishment, but there are times that the judge can say, hey jury, I
disagree with you and this is why I disagree and this is what Im going
to sentence this criminal to, instead of what you think I should do.
In this case, the jury, by NOT making a decision one way or the other,
has taken the death penalty off the table for the judge.
The jury is to make decisions based soley on the facts, and testimony.
Not on conjecture, emotion and any "facts" that would be put into a
victims impact statement. The victims impact statements are to be able
to say to Sam what they want him to know about how he has impacted
their lives with his decisions and choices. Its an opportunity to let it out.
at him...make him hear what hes done.
