I came here because on another site I saw a forum post that very much intersted me. Once here and reading that forum, I was even more intrigued that there are people out there willing to speak their mind.

He will be charged with something, what I can only have an opinion with at this point. I'm sure the justice system is just waiting for the big bomb of a charge instead of being smart and getting him off the streets for something little.
