David Cameron has today announced that online pornography will automatically be blocked by internet service providers in the UK. Those wishing to access porn will have to declare they wish to do so before they can access it.

Also porn depicting scenes of rape or simulated rape is to be made illiegal in England and Wales, a law already in place in Scotland.

Cameron said he made the decision because easy access to online pornography was “corroding childhoods”.

Wow. That's kinda heavy handed, isn't it? I don't have a problem with adults looking at "normal" porn and it's up to those same adults to monitor their children when they are online, I don't think one's government should be babysitting in this fashion.

The scum that murdered April Jones and the other scum that murdered Tia Sharp both progressed from legal porn to child porn to murder.

Plus there was a recent report saying kids in the UK were being sexualized younger because of access to online porn.

If people want porn or paedophiles want child porn they'll get it somewhere or other.

I see "normal' as subjective and each person would have their own definition based on their experience and comfort zone. Since your definition protects the beasts and the children, as would mine, can I assume B&D, fetish, group sex, gay sex, scat, and other acts between consenting adults fall within those acceptable boundaries? (of course that would exclude anything MS would appear in......... or watch for that matter)
