God I hate going to the damn store!
Sorry, KS, you are just getting an egg sandwich now. But I toast the bread and make sure the cheese melts and I cook the egg so the whites are firm and the yolk is runny enough to soak into the toast a little...
Oh, and I count to ten so the yolk soaks in then I cut it in half.

That sounds so good. I got out of the habit of browning the canned green chilis to add to hamburgers and sandwiches. Are the canned chilis OK with you? I will get the whole ones, not the diced and brown them in a bit of the bacon grease.

That is the perfect arrangement IF you don't stop to shoe shop. The cooking mood is fickle and fleeting at times.
I miss the big kids living at home because they would do the store run. I will even cook in the middle of the night if you wake me up, do the store run, and bring me a Coke. I don't keep Cokes in the house anymore (empty calories and too addicting), but I will cook you a yummy at 1 AM if you bring me one...
