If the answer is no it probably wouldn't make any difference at all.

If the answer is yes, the outcome might have been different under Harris.

Personally, I think the kid was going to die either way.

Seems like the parents had some negligence. But I haven't looked that hard at it.

I believe in vaccinations tho. And if those go away I believe it would have detrimental consequences.
