Zack and I stopped at a barber shop to get him a haircut. We are literally the only white people in here. There is a row of about 15 barber chairs. And regular chairs for waiting customers of the opposite wall. Every chair is filled. R&B is playing. The guys break out into song every few minutes. I feel like I'm in a movie.

Exhausted, and I am coming off a week off from work.
Picked up a phone book about a week or so ago..off the front porch. Why do they even deliver them? Then again, tried using directory assistance the other day and got so frustrated I had to go in some where and ask someone to look up number for me.

I'm sick of teenage boys.

I'm sick of young adult boys in their early mid 20's. coming in to buy beer all high looking/sounding, giggling, abusing the motorized carts, stealing shit. It's the same every Saturday overnight shift. Last night was even worse, it was a prom night, plus the evening shift left all their shit they're supposed to do for the overnighters. I almost had a mental breakdown and quit last night.

I'm not maintenance either yet I often have to do "fun" stuff like clean up poop in the ladies room and empty bottle bins....I guess being the night manager has its perks...I would have chosen watching the front end over cleaning up poop.

I think I was pissed at the people riding carts because part of me wanted to join them.

So today I went to best buy and bought my better half a Samsung Tablet A, for her to check her FB & Emails. It has an 8" screen, which is about 3 times the size of her Iphone screen that she is straining her eyes on for a couple hours each day. Never thought she would like checking her FB & emails on her phone so much.
Anyway, It's a surprise, I'm giving it to her in a little over a week, for our anniversary. Can't wait, I know she'll just love it, surprisingly, I love it!

I was at Best Buy for over two hours with the Samsung expert (hell of a nice guy) who helped me set it up. All I had to do when I got home was just install the WiFi ident, which I did, & it all works perfectly.

Next week, when she takes it out of the box, walla, instant "8" inch screen viewing!

Last night the Galaxy Tab A was a tremendous hit!!! It was an absolute WINNER!!!

I will at least flip through the coupons in the phone book (if they have them), there are some decent deals to be had, particularly with food joints.

So, I got another book last week, and as always, perused the coupon section for anything good. Believe it or not, this coupon was actually in there. I'm losing faith in humanity.
