I like Spaghetti westerns, the Good, The bad and the Ugly series come to mind, in fact I may re-watch them good stuff. Entertainment before entertainment got stupid. I think there was 3.

I've made squashed spaghetti when I accidentally sat on a plate of spaghetti.
How the fuck do you accidentally sit on a plate of spaghetti? That's like accidentally sitting on a dick. You're at a party, you get up to dance and some idiot puts your plate of spaghetti on your chair.

Yes I make it all the time. That vegetable box I get was sending me so much of it I was starting to get sick of it. It is quite healthy and easy to cook though. If you want to kick up the health factor even more, it goes well with ginger and cinnamon. You can also bake it and serve with marinara and parmesan just like spaghetti.
I like mine with goat cheese

.
That's ^^^^^^^ what interests me. I've heard of it but I never took the time to actually do it.
Not sure how Sally does it, but I cut it in half, scrape out the seeds, brush some olive oil on the cut part, and place it cut side down on a baking sheet. 350 degree oven for approximately an hour. Once cooked, use an oven mitt to hold the shell, while scraping the inside out with a fork. (That's what makes it look like spaghetti) then add your sauce, cheese, or meat to the dish

Actually, most regional squash cooks the same here. Get on a social platform, and find out the schedule for squash in your area. Or you can look up your area on the interwebs. I bet most of the squash is regional for you, too.

Right now it's time for summer squash (yellow) and zucchini. There may be more, but those are 2 I like and have grown. Butternut squash is in the late Summer, early Fall.

Where is the "OMG" face? Summer squash and zucchini are kin to cukes in my book. Sketti, acorn, and other squash that is harvested in the fall Do you have a farmstand?

No, no farm stand, but we do business with the Amish so I always have plenty of fresh veggies even tho you'll see me sometimes moaning about corn & tomatoes. I used to have a veggie garden back in the day, but I have a lot of wildlife and it just wasn't a productive use of my time. They were eating more than I was harvesting and I'm fine with that, I would rather have the deer and other critters in my yard.

It's a fairly recent personality trait acquired from the Suck It Up and Stop Being A Crabby/Whiny Asshole, That's not how you make Friends Store.
