A few things that make me feel good and don't cost a dime or require any emotional expenditure:

1.  Putting a check mark next to something on my "shit that needs to be done" list.  It feels like an even bigger accomplishment when I use a black Sharpie. 50

2.  Making a batch of hard-boiled eggs that's easy to peel with perfectly yellow yolks (mine usually turn out greenish).

3.  Watching some asshole who cut me off or sped recklessly between cars get pulled over and ticketed (copped that thrill yesterday).

Helping someone do something they are having difficulty with.

Making sure if fryguy doesn't have his medication a straight jacket is nearby.

Yeah, #3 was pretty edgy alright.
