Sometimes it is faster to draft by hand.

I use CADD too but sometimes you can't. Like making a material list from a drawing or figuring out the weight of certain things.

They don't, it's wasted space and they think it's cute. *shudders* It's not.

Please, sweet baby Jesus, don't let HotD wear these things, or at least don't let her see this if she does. I'll feel like I did when I dissed scrunchies and she copped to wearing them. 50

Those pointy pumps are definitely not my style.

But, I am wearing a scrunchie right now, as a matter of fact.

I did give up the oven towel/curtain after you dissed those though.  ")

Hey Clang.  I missed you too.

I hope your dad is doing better.

Are you still in the old apartment or did you move already?

Dad is doing good. Moving into the new place March 31st. Still have lots of packing and other stuff to do. Still looking for a moving company. Is $600 a good price? Or too expensive?

It's really good to hear that your dad is doing okay and you've got a new place lined up Clang.

I don't think $600 is too much if you have a fair bit of furniture and boxes to be loaded, moved and unloaded.

If your new place is really near to your current apartment and you have very little to move, you could probably get a better price on a per-hour basis from an independent operator with a small truck though.

I think I'm going to go with a Uhaul truck. I can probably get one of my friends to drive it since I'm not comfortable driving trucks. Most of what I'm bringing fit in the bedroom at the old place so it should fit in the new  place. Same with the kitchen and bathroom stuff. I have a huge walk in closet so I should be able to store what I can't fit in there. My lady clothes will stay in the footlocker and don't have a huge amount of male clothing.

Well Clangster, $600 is not a lot if you have a lot of stuff, but it is still a lot of money especially if you can do it yourself. Good Luck!

And HotD, welcome back, good to see you! You were sorely missed!

Those shoes go nicely with a pointy black hat and a broomstick
