No way. Searing them first in a pan and then finishing them in the oven is how many a chefs have been doing it for many a years. Look it up, some of the best steak houses in the world do it that way. Did you even watch the fucking video, you dare to argue with Gordon Ramsay?

Heres Maggots tenderloin recipe
Sauce:
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1-clove garlic minced
1-teaspoon salt
1=teaspoon pepper
1-small can pineapple juice
2-tablespoons of soy sauce
1⁄2 cup water
boil then simmer to reduce 1⁄2 hr or until you get sick of stirring it
before all that crap
salt a little the tenderloin wrap in tin foil (with something under it you dopes)
cook 350 1 hr
pour all the sauce on it.........eat it.

That's a teriyaki sauce and I hate teriyaki. But that's just me, I understand most people love that sickening shit. Teriyaki wings, teriyaki salmon, teriyaki steak, teriyaki your mama's fat ass...

Not a bad call. My daughter started getting her own food and I said finally, Why don't you eat anything I eat. She said "Its stuff that you like and that is why you cook it. Not stuff I like to eat." Fair call I guess.

I would probably put it on 15 min before taking out careful .................don't fuck with a crazy chef. i'm just getting my groove going with my made up recipe's.
