As those clowns stood up there they referred to themselves as an "elite strike force team".
Can you believe the rabbit hole that nearly the entire GOP has gone down? I view their silence as being complicit. They are sanctioning this crap .

The CEO of Parler is having a nervous breakdown over Trump's threat about Section 230 (which would make social media platforms legally responsible for shit written on their sites and therefore highly likely to be sued).

GOP Congressman Paul Mitchell has divorced himself from the republican party. This is in direct response to their un-American, un-patriotic shenanigans that having been taking place the last 5 weeks.
The entire letter is quite lengthy & available to read online. https://mitchell.house.gov It is unacceptable for political candidates to treat our election system as though we are a third- world nation and incite distrust of something so basic as the sanctity of our vote. Further, it is unacceptable for the president to attack the Supreme Court of the United States because its judges, both liberal and conservative, did not rule with his side or that "the Court failed him." It was our Founding Fathers' objective to insulate the Supreme Court from such blatant political motivations. If Republican leaders collectively sit back and tolerate unfounded conspiracy theories and "stop the steal" rallies without speaking out for our electoral process, which the Department of Homeland Security said was "the most secure in American history," our nation will be damaged. I have spoken out clearly and forcefully in opposition to these messages. However, with the leadership of the Republican Party and our Republican Conference in the House actively participating in at least some of those efforts, I fear long-term harm to our democracy. As elected members of Congress, we take an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States," not to preserve and protect the political interests of any individual, be it the president or anyone else, to the detriment of our cherished nation. As a result, I am writing to advise you both that I am withdrawing from my engagement and association with the Republican Party at both the national and state level.

Yeah, he waited till nearly the last minute to declare this. I can't say I'm impressed.

He also voted not to impeach. Fuck him and the 126 republicans who signed onto the amicus brief and attempted to ignore the will of the people.
12-15-2020, 12:53 PM
Oops. I phrased that wrong. The prez was in fact impeached. He voted not to kick that piece of shit trump to the curb.

In his letter, to show what a good Republican he is, he bragged about voting with Trump 95% of the time. Fuck that guy.

This is either outrageous price gouging or they've priced the rooms far above what any of Trump's violent right can afford to keep them out. First one is for the day of the congressional electoral vote count the second is one week later, same days.

They do it at his other places too. David Fahrenthold is an investigative journalist and has documented most, if not all, of it. This past August he published an investigative piece showing that the Secret Service spent more than $900,000 at properties owned by trump. He's on top of the trump financial bullshit and won a Pulitzer for it in 2017.
