Sirloin cap

I will be cooking a Sirloin cap this week
I will cook the fat side of it first after scoring it. 
Adding salt like this British guy does. 

I can smell it now.

I was thinking about doing something like that, plus I could practice my English accent which I'm pretty darn good at. Irish and Scottish accents are really hard
