Critical race theory

They don't teach this in public schools, it's not on the curriculum like Duchess said. But once the kids get into middle school and high-school there are many teachers that have their own agenda. Like what I said earlier, what was the purpose of the teacher having us watch Mississippi Burning when most of the class is failing the thing we are supposed to be there for which is math?

You're wrong, it IS being taught in some public schools, it just hasn't been federally mandated -- YET.

Where? I'm not trying to argue with you because I hate that shit, but as far as I know here in Florida it is not part of the school curriculum. That's not to say that some teachers dont take it upon themselves to push it.

I also understand that if you give an inch they take a mile and that could ultimately lead to it being taught in schools. There are too many people trying to push their ideals on everyone else. It used to be just the conservatives trying to push their religion crap, but now the liberals have way surpassed that with their bilullshit.

Marxism is a religion for people who hate God. I love God, but hate religion.

Can you point out where I said CRT is being taught in school? Thanks!

I hate the name Critical Race Theory. I don't think it accurately explains what it means. But according to Sally I make no sense anyway, so she can just skip this post.

Critical race theory, also known as CRT, is an academic concept taught in university sociology classes and at law school. It’s based on the idea that racism is a social construct that is embedded in all aspects of our lives, including in legal systems and policies.

It is not a new concept-it has been around since the 70's.

Some school lessons, antiracism efforts and diversity training, though, might reflect some foundational tenets of critical race theory, particularly that racism is systemic and still influences access to equal justice, education and health care for people of color in the United States.

Critical race theory does not say that any one race is better or worse than another. It merely says that white people tend to benefit from existing social and legal systems in the U.S. -- and that removing disparities requires changing those systems, not just individual people’s hearts and minds.

Critics of CRT claim it discriminates against white people and encourages a victim mindset in which white people are oppressors while students of color are victims.

Critics also claim the teaching of CRT is "un-American".

I think it perfectly describes what we're seeing in the world, here's why: The best known example of it is Black Lives Matter, started by a couple of radical marxist lesbians, one of whom is partnered with a white, transgendered, radical marxist whom she lives with in a white community. So what is the net effect BLM is having in cities that are defunding policing? Violent crime is exploding. But that's not a problem for these radical marxists because they don't live amongst the lumpen proles they profess to be concerned about -- which is a good(?) thing, because if they did they might very well be dead.

So here I am wondering why they didn't call this Marxist LGBTQ+ Lives Matter, because that would at least be honest. They don't care about men like George Floyd, or poor blacks in general. They care about power, and poor blacks are very useful towards that end, which is PRECISELY what critical theory is about.

I think CRT is something the Republicans made up. It isn't really being taught and isn't a threat. They are just being devisive and playing the victim, why can't everyone just get along.

What in God's name are you talking about? I was stating that you were right in saying it wasn't being taught in schools. Then I clarified because it could be construed both ways and I still don't know wth you're talking about.
