I see some media outlets calling Kyle a murderer, a vigilante, a killer. It's really despicable. I say let the court decide not some opinionated dope. If every court case was run by opinion and speculation there would be no solid legal avenues.

It appears that he is going to hopefully have a mistrial with prejudice. That would stop any future court cases and let him avoid a jury consensus.

From what I have seen in the case it appears he had a clear case of self protection and that is what really matters. The Prosecution has really mutilated the law.

I watched some of the trial highlights today,when Kyle was on the stand. He started off calm, and then started to loose it big time, he cried uncontrollably, hyperventilating, and broke down where the Judge want to stop it.

"Talking Heads" Critics of course said he was acting, one said he should get an academy award! Another one said all that crying and "No Tears"!

Wouldn't happen in that instance. LEO were busy helping put out fires from BLM looters and rioters. In fact Kyle was putting out fires that BLM started on businesses that requested help that day.
