Do you ever look at the other names on your primary ballot?  I was just looking at the sample ballots for NH, and there's over 50 names on there between both sides.    I recognized mebbe 5 of them.

Why do people go through the hassle of gathering signatures and paying money,  when they have no chance in hell?

I believe that you may be correct.    Trump made the following statements Friday night at a rally in NH:

“Nikki Haley, you know they, do you know they destroyed all of the information, all of the evidence, everything, deleted and destroyed all of it. All of it, because of lots of things like Nikki Haley is in charge of security. We offered her 10,000 people, soldiers, National Guard, whatever they want. They turned it down. They don’t want to talk about that. These are very dishonest people,” Trump said.

A lot of dems are calling it a major gaffe, and Haley questions his mental health capability,  but what he did was a comparison in which 'Haley is just like Pelosi ' .   It might not have been intentional,  because he was ranting about Haley for 30 minutes before that, but I think that it was intended to link Pelosi and Haley together,  making voters think Haley and Pelosi are on the same side.  

Peeps in my state already hate Haley (due to the sheer volume of flyers,  texts, and calls that her campaign has put out in the last few weeks).  Aligning her with Pelosi is just another notch in the tree.
