I just thought that JC was the one who punched the friend and the X was the one accused of 'possibly bruising Lisa.' So I guess I am still mixed up. :-( Duh.

There is no formal record of JC punching anyone's friend. This may be complete BS, started by someone with an agenda, for all we know.

and I don't think BD was ever arrested for assault.

Maybe not that assault but Sylvania court dockets say otherwise

EDIT: Sorry no BD wouldn't have been arrested for the assault on the roommate because it was reportedly done by JC not BD. However BD does have a record of a assault, I believe. Hence why he was ordered to do anger managment.

The only thing TW did not do was call 911 when she heard Johnny say something to the effect of "Why are you here?"

Johnny's mother told a reporter she misquoted TW, that TW never said "Who are you?"

i am not accusing tiffany of murder. i was clear throughout that she provided an alibi and diversion for herself however. it is a common belief in LE that the last person who saw the victim is usually involved in some way. that may or may not always be true. but until LE says differently, i believe she supplied a BIG FAT RED HERRING FOR SOME REASON.

Are these documents to the home security system? Or some other type of securities? Sorry if it was asked...

I've been wondering the same thing and the central security documents are somehow linked to the DVD. Also curious about the cardboard boxes and foreign currency seized...might these items all be related somehow? Has there been any mention of LS parents' occupation? And lastly, is anyone else suspicious of the pink/black interband pants found under LS neck...

I found this on the Toledo Central Security website, under the residential:

And it was black duct tape, I don't know about anyone else but at my house we have a lot of duct tape laying around the basement and the garage but not black (old silver type), is black relatively new?

True. This was reported by a friend of Lisas who said that JC punched Lisas roommate in the stomach which caused Lisa to break her lease with the roommate & move back in with her parents in Nov/Dec 2010. The roommate reportedly never filed a complaint with LE out of respect for Lisa

What's interesting is that while looking at Lisas police record under the Sylvania mucipal court website I noticed that the last time Lisa was pulled over & issued a citation was January 14, 2011 for running a red light & her address was listed as a residence on PLUMLEAF in Toledo. Not in Holland or Springfield twnship with her parents. I just chalked it up to not updating her address on her license & not telling LE that she no longer lived there. Now I'm wondering if Lisa did live with her parents afterall & if maybe that's why Maytee kept saying that "They" were house sitting for her parents.......

I've wondered about this, as well. It's not clear, to me, where anybody actually resided. On top of that, the reporting from The Toledo Blade is so shitty, all of the articles read like they were written by high school students.
