Allow me to re-phrase what I mean since I am trying to do a few things at once.*The pics that are thought to be from Florida.*

Lisa has Miami Beach across her butt in one of the pictures, so I would think it is in FL.

just a thought....not sure you'd be wearing a hoodie sweatshirt thing in JULY in florida...let alone Miami Beach. I agree, even based on the waves, or lack of, that this is probably a picture taken from one of our lovely great lakes beaches. we do have some beautiful beaches, and some hotels/resorts that have beach umbrellas/cabanna's for rent and it would be plausible to wear a light sweatshirt/hoodie in the evening up here

sadly...nothing new to report from "the streets"... I drove by the Straub house on saturday evening, after dropping my child off for a playdate in the the Straub neighborhood...and I noticed that the driveway was cleared off and that the lights were on, as if someone was living there. there were several cars parked in the driveway.

Are we 100% sure this is Florida? Is that a Freighter I spy in the distance? It could be Lake Erie nice sandy shores or up North in Michigan along the lake. Nice beach regardless!

I need to make a correction to my above statment. after kitty1 said "The perps even took the heater/air conditioning vents off" it is clear that they were looking for money and it probably was a robbery gone bad. removing the vent covers is really beyond making it look like a robbery. there was a specific thing being sought.

Several fire crews were on the scene of a restaurant fire in Port Clinton. It started about midnight at the Garden Restaurant on the 200 block of East Perry Street.
