presser by one of the attorneys for the parents. not taco, the other one, Picerno.
denies they won't cooperate blah blah. talked about the boys, in good spirits. more blah blah. The most notable remark in Friday’s presser by lawyer John Piscerno came when he responded to a reporter who asked him if his clients were considered suspects by police. Piscerno answered, saying, “They’ve told them as much, sure … Debby in particular.” Picerno: Parents have been interviewed by police for a total of 30 hours by Brian Foster - KMBC.com edited by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 12:09 PM Picerno: Jeremy and Debbie were interviewed separately on the first day of baby Lisa's disappearance and on Oct. 8 by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 12:08 PM Picerno: At this point, there's nothing more for the parents to say (Picerno answering a question about whether Debbie and Jeremy will be interviewed again) Picerno: It's stressful for the boys to go about their lives with all the cameras by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 12:07 PM EXCEPT WHEN THEY GO TRICK OR TREATING FOR $$$$$$ Picerno: "We're not going to let our clients be subjected to interrogation techniques." by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 12:09 PM

another ring at the circus. this mother hasn't seen her son in years and in fact was living in some sort of halfway house. didn't appear for custody hearing either.
An attorney for the mother of Baby Lisa's eight-year-old half brother says she filed an emergency custody case Monday to remove the boy from Deborah Bradley and the boy's father, Jeremy Bradley. BIG FAT RED HERRING ALERT: Also Monday, police announced that they want to talk to a new witness in the case about the mystery call made from a phone taken from the Irwin home. A court official acknowledged papers were filed on behalf of the boy's mother, Rasleen Raim, at the Clay County Courthouse, but declined to provide details. "Now, more than ever, she is concerned about her baby’s safety, comfort and peace of mind," Attorney Dorothy Savory said in a statement. "Rasleen misses her son and has always, and will forever, love him." Raim is the mother of the 8-year-old half brother that was living in the North Lister home. Raim and Jeremy Irwin, Lisa’s father, once lived together at the Northland home where Lisa vanished. In 2008, the couple fought over custody of the child and Jeremy Irwin received full custody. Savory said she filed Emergency Motion for Temporary Custody and a Motion to Modify Child Custody/Visitation. "Mrs. Raim has always kept her son, Blake Irwin, in her thoughts and prayers," Savory said. In an October interview with NBC Action Action News Investigator, Raim said she has not been able to see her son for years. Ryan asked, “What did you think when you heard about the baby?” “I thought about my boy, I thought it was mine,” Raim said. “How much do you miss him?” “I can't even say…I miss him a lot.” i can't argue with this: "Tacopina had strong words about a motion from Rasleem Raim, the mother of Jeremy Irwin's son, Blake. Raim has filed an emergency motion for temporary custody and a motion to modify the custody and visitation arrangement. Her attorney said Raim is concerned about her son's safety, comfort and peace of mind. "I really don't want to even dignify that with a response," said Tacopina. "It's despicable to see a lady who hasn't seen her son in six years (and is) six years behind in child support, all of a sudden claim to have an interest.""

The parents of missing baby Lisa Irwin are expected to move back into their home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue.
ABC "Good Morning America's" Matt Gutman reported that Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley will make the move Tuesday.

they moved back in house, taco and BStanton were there too.
they are there for a reason, maybe something is coming. i do think they moved back in there to appear like ozzie and harriet in the face of this new action to gain custody of irwin's son by his mother.

Also, while not in the same area (that'd be in the St. Louis area) as this case, police are now investigating a 'developing story' of a 1 year old who was found missing from their home this morning. Later this afternoon, a body of a 1 year old was found in a graveyard about 1 mile from the family's home. While (at least during the broadcast I was watching) they hadn't released the name of the deceased child
Police in St Louis haven't specifically said that they'll contact police in Kansas City, it does look like that will happen within the next few days. Also, from what I could gather, the situation seems very similar to the Lisa Irwin timeline (only in the fact that the mother checked in on the child and found them missing from the crib) It's still sort of breaking on our local news, I'll let you all know if I find anything else out tonight.

Ah, my apologies then. I just found a few links myself after doing a bit more searching. Thank you for the link, Lady Cop.

Alkaid his name is Tyler Dasher, LC started a thread for him, please let us know if you here of anything being local and all
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

I'll definately do that Jezreel. The earliest local news will be on in about 20 minutes or so, so I'll be keeping an eye on it. Sadly, with this new information, I do wonder what we'll be able to find out. Of course, I believe that the local media will start making parallels to Lisa's case as well and it does make one wonder if hearing about the case in St. Louis was the reasoning that Joe Tacopina was out in force today as well.

what a load of steaming dung from lawyer picerno just now on FOX.
shades of jose baez. an entire herd of bulls ----> picerno says that someone said that someone from the homeless crowd said that someone else had a friend who says that Jersey said someone paid him $300 to take Lisa. They don't have any "names" yet atty also wants us to know that after 6 whole weeks the parents are ready to get back to their normal life. They just want everything to go back to normal now. He added that he spoke with Irwin Friday morning and that Irwin said "everyday has gotten better." http://www.kctv5.com/story/16077691/pice...kidnapping

How the FUCK does one get back to normal when their baby is missing. That just sounds really stoopid. |
