It appears that I have recovered. The entire illness lasted about 48 hours and I spiked the 103 temperature only for about an hour. I put on two layers of sweats and actually sweat through the sweatshirts before the fever broke.

Appetite isn't back yet but isn't a concern as I could easily shed a pound or five without noticing it.

Got sucked into the office for half a day today so things are becoming more normal.
