The 100% warnings are necessary in some cases to ensure that they are taken with the seriousness that they deserve. That said, while I hope they leave an indelible impression on the offenders, they will expire in one day primarily because I respect Mock's beauty and I wouldn't want to defile that for any length of time in my efforts to maintain order.
