While I've smoked a little pot in my life, I've never touched cocaine. Haven't wanted to for fear of what my addictive personality would do.

I did watch a buddy of mine, who like me had never done it, suddenly get hooked on it in his mid-30's. Ugly.

I try to be a hands off kind of manager, I figure I hire good talented smart people, treat them fair and they will do what they are supposed to do. If they want a lil bump on the weekends, burn a fattie, I have no issue with that at all. But, when it comes in here and I have to deal with it, especially if it crosses a safety line, or endangers my job or reputation, THEN I have a big problem with it.
There is no way in hell these guys can do this job correctly and safely anything but sober and awake.

The guy I have has the attention span of a gnat, makes lots of mistakes, takes to many shortcuts, has way to much unaccounted for time, makes bad decicions that are expensive and in general requirres to much babysitting. Coke head, the bag explained a lot

It's a different high. I liked the buzz from cocaine the few times I've done it, but not from pot. I didn't like it enough, however, to go all ape shit on it, sell everything I own and end up in a rehab somewhere. The shit isn't that great .

I think it would be different if it was marijuana. But cocaine is a hard drug. He could be mixed up in all sorts of other stuff and the police are looking for him etc. Maybe it's a location thing, but it would be highly unusual here in Oz to see someone drop a bag, let alone see that stuff at all. Not saying it's not here in Oz, I am sure it is, I have never seen it.
