So the ballots that had been set aside, segregated and not counted, will now not be counted? That's your legal victory?

Whoever told you they were segregated lied to you. They weren't. PA recount incoming. Arizona recount incoming. Michigan recount incoming. We'll see about Wisconsin, but it isn't going to matter.

Let's assume for the sake of argument that you're right re segregation: this decision sets the stage for the reversal of the PA court decision that authorized extending the deadline for mail-in ballots. That authority belongs to the legislature, and there we are talking about shittons of ballots, as you well know. So much for Schumer's claim that all of the President's "frivolous" legal challenges are being laughed out of court. And so much for your claim that you care about "facts". hah
Actually, I'm not being argumentative about the ballots that were set aside. There's no need to debate that point given they aren't needed. There's no need to argue about any of it given President-elect Biden's lead.

AZ: 12K
GA: 14K
WI: 21K
NV: 37K
PA: 60K
MI: 146K

Biden now leads Trump nationally by 5.4 million and is the only candidate to ever hit 78 million votes.

That's like claiming that there's no need for election results to be certified. hah

You're counting chickens that haven't hatched. The media has shot it's wad, my dear. It's out of their hands now. Blowing-kisses
Even if Trump gets Georgia which seems unlikely, the combined total of Georgia and NC doesn't get Trump to 270. Only a madman would think Biden lost at this point.

Uh...the media doesn't play a role, I'm capable of doing simple math.

If you really believed that you wouldn't be counting electoral votes from races that were "called" by the media. Those results have yet to be certified.

OK, if you subtract 79 from 290, what does that leave you with? ;p
You should probably forget about that dream. Biden got more idiots to vote for him whether there were cases of fraud or not. If millions of people say a foolish thing, it's still a foolish thing, but that doesn't change their votes. I hope your right, however, I got joy out of seeing them cry last time.
I have it on good authority that the Georgia recount will be stopped, there will be a full audit. Some of you may have heard about an internet service disruption that occurred two day ago. It was not limited to YouTube. Scytl servers were taken down in Germany and have been secured by US military forces. All the data that is needed to prove widespread fraud is being presented to the proper authorities. This goes well beyond the US election. It is now shut down. I now understand why Schumer looked like he saw his own ghost today -- he did.

I get no joy from seeing people cry and suffer, but I am extremely happy as I see the corruption coming a to head and boiling over into our consciousness. You will very soon see the Biden "victory" for the mirage that it is. The conspiracy is coming undone, you will see increasing desperation from the Democrats and the MSM in the days to follow. My advice is to reserve judgement, be observant, and think critically. SCOTUS is the proverbial "fat lady", not the MSM. Be patient, and be discerning with respect to who you allow inside your head. ;p

I saw it reported that trump put Rudy in charge of all his election related lawsuits. This just keeps getting better. He lost 9 yesterday, his attorneys have quit and Rudy is in charge. Ahahahahahahaha!
GOP leaders in 4 states quash dubious Trump bid on electors

Republican leaders in four critical states won by President-elect Joe Biden say they won’t participate in a legally dubious scheme to flip their state’s electors to vote for President Donald Trump. Their comments effectively shut down a half-baked plot some Republicans floated as a last chance to keep Trump in the White House.

State GOP lawmakers in Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have all said they would not intervene in the selection of electors, who ultimately cast the votes that secure a candidate's victory. Such a move would violate state law and a vote of the people, several noted.

“I do not see, short of finding some type of fraud — which I haven’t heard of anything — I don’t see us in any serious way addressing a change in electors,” said Rusty Bowers, Arizona’s Republican House speaker, who says he’s been inundated with emails pleading for the legislature to intervene. “They are mandated by statute to choose according to the vote of the people.”

The idea loosely involves GOP-controlled legislatures dismissing Biden's popular vote wins in their states and opting to select Trump electors. While the endgame was unclear, it appeared to hinge on the expectation that a conservative-leaning Supreme Court would settle any dispute over the move.

I've never liked or respected Giuliani. I have tremendous respect for Sidney Powell, and Len Wood is ace.
