Im pretty sure NO ONE in their right mind would be
thinking about pussy when they think their childs life or
well being are at stake.
Good Lord.
Thats about as far reaching as it gets. No wonder Maytee gets
so pissed.

You just summed up my whole point Cheers

I'm not getting this either. No one bought any duct tape, what so ever, anytime around the murders? Not that it really means anything, they could have taken it from their own home. I just find it hard to believe but maybe that's because about a week ago I bought 10 rolls of the shit

I'm guessing the type of duct tape used, wasn't sold around the time of the murders ?? Maybe Kitty can go into a bit more detail of what she meant?

I still say MAYBE Lisa was arrested, as a juvenile, for some weed, or paraphernalia. If that's the case, no one will find those records. From what I understand, juvenile records are not open to the public.

LOL, I've read several thoughts on these pants, & most say it was a brand name "Interband" ??? I have no idea, but it's stuff like that, that bugs me, lol ... just like no real info on what kind of beads were supposedly placed on the angel, at JC's grave.

But do you think she really believes this stuff? Or is she just spewing and frothing like an angry dog?

Thanks for the info, Kitty! I don't remember you mentioning this before now.

I know for a fact that home depot and menards submitted all their records for duct tape sales that the police requested. I'm guessing there just wasn't a lead that came out of it.

Thanks Kitty! Maybe this bastard uses the tape on his job.

I don't know about anyone else, but I think Sgt Schiavone knew what he was talking about, during that meeting with the Holland residents. My guess is, he went over the line, with what he knew about the case, & therefore the Sheriff had to cover his ass, or else it would look like 'tunnel vision', OR it would make residents feel like LE doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground, type thing, as in they don't have a clue what happened. If you think about it, that's pretty much what the Sgt made it sound like, with "the perps have probably left the area" , etc..... leaving it too cut & dry. I know I'm not wording this all right, but in MY mind, I know what I'm talking about, LOL. You have to remember, the Sgt knows how the crime scene looked, knows what all the interviews consisted of, etc ... There's a reason he stated everything he stated to those residents, & I don't think it was ONLY to make them feel safe. jmo

Same here Purple. There's no leads with the duct tape. At least nothing they've come across yet.

In my home, 1 roll of duct tape could last me 3 years, easily. I seldom have any use for it, and on the rare occasion that I do need it, I usually only need a very small piece of it. It could very well of been purchased well before it was used in this crime. Just saying..

I LOVE God, but his fan club scares the shit out of me!!!

Its possible thats what Maytee wants to hear. She is looking to vent and this gives her the opportunity and excuse to be unreasonable. IMHO Maytee dosen't want to BE reasonable. So her "friends" are feeding into her torment. They should just leave her alone. I know if I experienced what she has I would want to be left alone to try to heal.

Same here. We have duct tape, but it's rarely used. I can't even remember the last time I used it. For all we know, the tape may have been purchased ages ago, out of the area, for that matter.

I was also told by someone who lives in the neighborhood that they saw the kind of people that would hang out at lisa's and they aren't scared at all that this is something that could happen to them. I feel bad that these kids got themselves caught up in such a lifestyle.

We see eye to eye on this, pretty much, Zero!

Or it could have been stolen, purchased online, purchased in bulk, or
from a house where drugs are packaged. The tv series DEA shows the
different methods of packaging different drugs at their source and
some utilize bags covered with black duct tape, others shrink wrap,
others very large clear baggies, bagged twice, etc.

It's always darkest before the dawn....Something's going to break, I am sure LE feels as intensely as we do and wants an see an arrest. They have to play by the rules and give the DA a successful case for prosecution. Remember the FBI and BCI are involved and I think that makes for even tighter lips.
