I've always liked Norway.

If conjugal visits are allowed there, I might consider littering or flashing someone or something like that in Oslo once the kid is outta the house.

So long as there are books and music included, I could do a two year misdemeanor stint in one of those cells -- no sweat. No mortgage. No property tax. No decisions or management responsibilities. Free health care...

I deserve to be punished.

I was reading about this the other day. I don't exactly view that as punishment but it works for them, you can't slam that. Their system works better than ours does.

Intersting to note as well, the maximum penalty in Norway is 15 years. See Varg Vikiernes of Burzum.
